Brian Lugert is a liar! 12/22/14 Ordered starter. 12/23/14 Received the wrong part. Got return directions. 1/11/15 Returned. 1/12/15 Delivery confirmed. I wanted my money back. 1/29/15 Brian emailed me that he was out of town and would work on it "Monday". 2/7/15 I emailed him. 3/30/15 Still waiting! Its absolutely ridiculous. I paid $66.99 for the Starter and $6.10 to return the wrong part. So he now has a brand new part and $73.09 of my money! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PIECE OF "ART"! If you, Brian Lugert, have any values, morals or principles at all, you will send me my money. Looking forward to see what you say about this.How dare you call me a scammer! You are a true scammer, liar and idiot. I can only imagine what short coming you are compensating for.Truly Pathetic!

Purchased a starter for my KTM Two stroke dirt bike that was listed at 410 watts, KTM updated to a more powerful stater motor to turn the bike over better than the original 350watt. The purchased starter would work 3 out of 10 times swapped it out to the oem 410w and it fired up 10 out of 10 times. His return policy listed as 14 days it was returned in 10days with approval. 80 days later after numerous emails and phone calls to either return my money or the starter still nothing. His reply ,"Its not fraud I will mail it when I have time". returned 80 days I have been way to patient. He sent the starter back and it still does not work purchased the new oem unit starts up every time instantly

I brought my car in to have front CV shafts put in, because that is what another shop told me that is what I needed. Turned out to be just a rear wheel bearing making all the noise! Saved me about $800.00
