The man at the counter was no help at all. I went with the intention of spending over $500 for tires, but it did not seem that they were interested in helping. They had three tires that I was looking for, but did not have the fourth. They could not check to see If another store at the last one. I was not able to pay for the last one and have it ordered and held for me, he told me I would have to catch them when they had the tire there in stock. The entire time his demeanor suggested he did not want to be working the cash register in the auto area. With this kind of help quality, I will not go back. I will spend my money somewhere else

Theyou advertise being open til 7pm......called at 645pm simply to schedule an appt for later in the week. No one would answer the phone.....customer service kept picking up asking what I was waiting for......then Id go on hold again. Finally after 15 mins of waiting it was now closing time and customer service recommends I try back the next day as they dont know what was going on back there. No thanks. Walmart is just full of incompetent idiots and the company gives them no chance to be successful with the way they run every store so painfully understaffed.

show that they are open but no one will answer the phone. costumer service answered the phone three times and sent my call back there over and over but no answer.
