Never giving them my business again. Had purchased tires from them and brought my car in for a free rotation. They said it would be a long wait so I decided to make an appointment to have it done. When I came in for that, they still said it would be four hours! Of course, thinking that I had an appointment I had no arrangements to get a ride since I thought it would be quick. Asking the manager why I would even make an appointment to have something that should take 15 minutes take four hours caused a mini-tirade about how busy they were so I just turned around and left. He was still whining as I walked out the door... Dont make your own poor planning my problem. I actually went out and purchased a second jack and just rotated my tires myself. It probably wast safe but I got it done in about an hour... Screw that place.

We get oil changes here because we have the MG high school booster card. They do an okay job. Once I got an oil change and found out 3 days later they didnt put the oil cap back on, so there was oil all over my engine compartment. When I called to inform them, they told me "oh, we have it noted here you didnt have one when you came in"...oh really?? They didnt think that to be something I should have been made aware of? They once quoted me $50 to replace the headlight in my Pontiac (its a pain to do), I declined. When i came to pick up my car the guy said he had extra time and could do it for $25... seemed sketchy. I dont trust their recommendations on things, well, at least from one of the guys there who also told me my tires arent low profile and that if I wanted to see low profile I should go look at his car...

Really dislike this place. Boycott! They dont own up to their mistakes and blame it on something or think its another problem that they have caused, not only for me but other customers vehicles. They screw something else up on your vehicle when they are already working on one problem you have, so you HAVE to come back, and then youd have to wait hours on end to even be able to get your car in the garage for them to take a look at it. I have had to come back not only once but three times due to a mishap that they caused me. It was an inconvenience for me always needing to come back time after time. Went someone else to get my car fixed from here and they discovered a problem that material was missing from my car when tires plus originally worked on it. Terrible customer service and dont own up to their mechanics mistakes!

Tires I purchased from Tires Plus were defective. Half-way through the warranty period, one was deteriorating badly, the other slightly. I asked them to honor the warranty. They refused. First they blamed it on me. Then they blamed it on a bad bearing, but later admitted that the bearing was not bad. Then they blamed it on bad shocks. Two other mechanics found nothing wrong with the shocks. The tires were too poor to drive on, but Tires Plus refused to give me even pro-rated compensation for the bad tires. They did offer to replace the tires at full price and replace the perfectly good shocks. Needless to say, I bought my tires elsewhere. The mechanic who put them on checked the shocks and wouldnt replace them because they were working fine.

So yesterday I literally got a flat tire on elm creek Blvd, with my baby in the vehicle. I figured we needed to get off the road so I quick pulled into a parking lot and looked up to realize I was at a tires plus! I thought, thank god maybe they could squeeze me in. I talked to the manager John Traylor when I got there and he squeezed me in in between clients, and was very accommodating. It turned out I needed 4 all new tires because they were shot, so they got them all on for me and even did an oil change for me because I badly needed one. 5 stars for this placentury, I dont know how my baby and I would have gotten all the way home to becker!!! :)

Went in for a tire rotation and courtesy check. Paid for the rotation and when I got home I noticed the tires were never rotated (fronts were at 5/32 and rears at 7/32). When I called the tech said rotation wasnt needed! But if I wanted to drive back and wait around again they would rotate them. They couldn not have told me this when I paid for the service?? If you can not trust them for a simple rotation you cant trust them for any service. Use someone else.

I went in to get my tire blanced because it was a full size spare and had not been balanced since I put it on my vehicle. They ended up saying that it was fine, but needed $650 of work to my suspension to replace the bushings. WRONG! I took it then to Maple Grove Tire and Auto and they checked everything out and all it needed was a balance. $14 or $650..hmmm...and my car has ran 100% since then as well. Be aware!

Did some repairs on my old Chevy Cavalier a few years ago. Forgot to tighten radiator hose. A few days later, Fluid EVERYWHERE and overheated on 694. Ruined SOMETHING electrical, car never ran right again. Brought it back numerous times. Had to literally junk the car and buy a new one. Worst car repair experience Ive EVER had. Avoid at ALL costs. Sorry. A spectacular "muffler" shop is just up the road.

Took car in at 9:30, discussed tires to put on and left the car. The store was supposed to close at 5 and at 4:45 they told me, multiple times, "well you are last in but should be done tonight, maybe a little after 5). At 5:30 they told us they didnt have the tires we need after all and they took another 20 minutes to put our rims back on and give us our car back. They used to be good but we will not return.

Terrible service. Took my car ABS light was on they said theyll fix it but didnt. Did some "repair " which wasnt really needed but charged me more than $400.00 Took them 2 hrs for something they said it would be 1 hr long. Brooklyn Park location did something worse and charged me more than $1.000.00 they never took the time to explain what was really going on. Dont trust them at all!

Be prepared for them to give you the higher quality oil without telling you and then charge you for it! Went in for a standard oil change and they gave me the higher quality oil without telling me, then made me pay for it. They said my car only gets this higher stuff....actually the manual says it can get either the 0w OR 5w oil. Never ever going back.

Terrible. Mechanic standing in front lobby drinking coffee watching TV. Front desk guy says they are too busy to fit me in for a tire rotation!! This is an hour and a half before they close! They maybe had 2 vehicles in stalls with no one around waiting and obviously mechanics were not busy.
