Weve gone here for car service over the years because it is close to our home. Its not our first choice because the constant upsell gets old. Decided to try the car detail service which one would expect to be pretty straightforward. However, like the garage they nickel & dime you with add on fees. From what i could tell the package interior price is really nothing more than a vacuum and wipe and the exterior is a hand wash like one would do in their driveway, it is ala cart pricing after that. The first scheduled appointment we left he car and they didnt get to it and had to reschedule. Dropped off early and the sales guy said it would probably be done by noon, but he would call when it was done. At 4:30 (they close at 5), we stopped by and it was done. Went in to pick it up there was no acknowledgement or apology for a) missing the first appointment or b) not calling when the vehicle was done. The sales guy didnt follow us to make sure everything was alright (or even thank us) but the first time we went a different sales guy was sure to get in there to point out all the things they could do, for an additional charge. Finally to top it off they didnt do a very good job and certainly not a "detail". Save your time, money and inconvience and go somewhere else.

Its taken me a few hours to cool down after my last (ever) experience at Plymouth Station, but now that Ive had some time to think about it I feel comfortable writing this review. Long-story-short, Plymouth Station has taken wonderful care of my familys cars over the past 10 years (we live pretty close), however in the last year or so I have only had problems. I wont go on about details (obviously feel free to contact me if youd like more information), but until something is done to curb the blatantly dishonest nature of the salesmen I will STRONGLY suggest that people look ANYWHERE ELSE for auto services. The ONLY REASON Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager, Chris, realized how horrible of a job they had done and made sure I left in at least a moderately satisfied state. Now I realize why the only 5 star reviews on here are clearly planted (try writing more than 1 review next time, guys).

Awful. Had an appointment for 4:30PM on a Friday, so I had to get off work early to drive in to the auto shop. I get in there, and the front office guy (dint notice his name, couldnt care either way) runs out to help another customer, asks if I have a minute, keeps me waiting for five instead. He comes back to tell me with a contrived look of regret on his face: Im sorry, our MASTER technician is out for the day. Im really sorry, I dont know what else to say. Heres something you CAN say, Mr. front-office-guy at Plymouth Station Auto Center. You can admit you screwed up on something as simple as being professional enough to keep an appointment that was set up well in advance, and promise to man up to your failings. Try being upfront instead, it might help your business some. Oh, and next time, try not to be so smug when youre in the wrong. You just come across as douche-y.

I find Andrew, Chris, & Keith all to be extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courtious & professional. I am always satisfied with their help & the service they provide. I cant say enough good things about these employees & the techs there. I have recommended them to friends & family & will continue to use their services. They have a great waiting room there & are great at keeping you updated. Plus they have loaner cars to use when needed, which is awesome. I have to agree with some of the other reviews as to prices there, they can be high. I think the Holiday Maganment need to review & adjust some of them to keep the bussiness growing there.

I NEVER feel like Im being taken advantage of here. I go in sweating over a "major" repair bill and find out that a hose was loose - fixed! I like seeing the same people over and over, too. That means professional to me. If I have a choice in the matter, I always come here for regular service and repairs. They watch out for my car which is something I dont/cant do - they inspect stuff and tell me what needs to be done BEFORE its a major issue which gets me some time to prepare for the expense of the repair. It may take a little longer and cost a little more, but I bet I come out ahead and less stressed in the long run!

I started using this business 3 years ago when they helped me with a tiny 8 cent fuse and their customer service has had me coming back ever since. These guys know what it means to serve the customer, they are friendly, informative and go the extra mile. I recommend these guys to my friends & co workers all the time! Great people, honest work. In car repairs, if you are looking for bargain basement pricing, you will get what you pay for in the long run. These guys are reasonable, and the customer service is worth the money. These guys are honest, reliable and stand by their work.

Complete waste of time and they try and scam you to pay for repairs that are completely unnecessary. After the diagnostics they ran on my car during an oil change that took over an hour all the things they told me needed to be fixed for $250+ were false or exaggerated . Took it to the dealership for a second opinion on one thing and there was nothing wrong. They told me I had an oil leak but there was no oil spot in my parking spot even after 6 months.

Very honest and reliable! The gas station had a water leak into their gas tanks and my car wouldnt start after filling it up. Assuming that I had done something wrong I left my car there for them to fix. They called and told me that the problem was due to a water leak into Holidays gas tanks and replaced all 4 spark plugs and gas gauge free of charge! Very honest and respectable.

I have had a very unusual problem with my tire leak sensor. One sensor has been replaced three times and still after a day or two the alert comes on. Will bring it in again when I am back in town Dave Heegaard
