Dennis, the customer service agent, was one of the most frazzled, overwhelmed, impersonal people Ive dealt with. No passion. I should have known to go somewhere else when he asked me how to spell the word turn...as in turn the car on. The car was sputtering a bit when i turned the car on and it needed an oil change. They changed the oil and gave it a diagnostic test which resulted in a quote for a new catalytic converter and new o2 sensors. The quote was for more than my car was worth and i had to pass. I was told my car was about to die. ( running ok and not sputtering currently) I asked if they could lock the keys in it and leave it for me to pick up after hours. No problem, except when I opened up my car I found my broken off grill placed in the backseat. Nobody bothered to call me about it and it wasnt on the receipt either. I called them the next day and of course i got Dennis and he said I should talk to the mechanic. The mechanic said that it broke off when they closed the hood. I have opened and closed the hood many times and never had a problem. Anyway, he said he didnt know what I wanted him to do about it? He said my car is old and that stuff happens on old cars. First of all, nobody said anything about it and second I wanted compensation. I asked for at least a free oil change and he said fine and hung up. I never was credited with a free oil change! Ultimately, I was charged $145 for an oil change, a diagnostic test, and a broken grill. My tire pressure wasnt even checked. Terrible experience. NTB down the street ended up fixing my grill for free a few months later. ***The review written by google user KWS/TYR/FES vᗴηOᗰ -Agario is without a doubt connected to or solicited by Tires Plus, as it showed up a half hour after my truthfully aweful experience with them and subsequent great experience with NTB.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Pretty routine, had never tried this shop before and it was close to home. Even though I made an appointment I sat for over an hour, half of that time I could see my car still in the parking lot. One of my tires had a slow leak that needed air every so often and I didnt mention that. When my car was finally done I checked out and was told that the tires looked good and the brakes did too. All monitors were reset and I went home. My car sat in the garage while out of town for the weekend and I checked the tires Monday. Just to see how honest Tires Plus was, I marked the leaky tire. Not only did they NOT rotate the tires, they didnt even put air in them. Big time fail! I paid for that? Im not the only person to state that Tires Plus took advantage of them or was dishonest. I have a regular mechanic who is great, Im sticking with him. Im curious if this terrible, dishonest service comes from the top down? The owner better check on his employees.

I found a good price on a new battery for my car on the Tires Plus of Rogers website. I printed the quote and called the store to make an appointment to purchase the battery and have it installed. They set up an appointment and said they would honor the price quote from the website. The battery was $99.99 and installation was $9.99. When I showed up for the installation they said to have a seat and they would figure a price quote. I showed them the price I had printed from the website, but they said this model of car is harder to get at, and the installation cost would be higher. They knew the make and model when I set up the appointment so I felt they should have honored the original quote. Instead they charged me $34.99 for installation, which is $25 more than their quote. Its amazing how they saved me $25 on the battery but charged me $25 more for installation. I will never go to this store again.

Went in for a regular oil change. I couldve driven away like a different place I went to let me do with my tires that were so bald they were about to explode, but the gentleman kindly let me know that he could let me go, but that he wasnt comfortable with it as my tires are at a dangerous level of bald. I knew this and have been procrastinating as Im broke. He helped me choose some tires that were a good price, yet durable. They checked all the things you would expect a place to do when changing your oil and let me know the things they saw politely giving me the choice to fix them or not. They let me know what was a priority and what had some time before I HAD to fix them. They were very kind and helpful. Tires Plus is the place to go!

I have been going to this Tires Plus for years for oil changes & tire repairs with satisfactory service. In the past 6 months, I have noticed that they are reporting more problems than in the past, but I thought perhaps it was just a coincidence. However, on my last visit about a month ago, they stated that I needed new tires because the tread was too worn - funny, I just had warranty work done at the dealer 2 weeks earlier and they stated my tires were all good. I think the owner needs to make more money because he opened a new Tires Plus in Otsego. I wont be back to those 2 stores again.

The guys there were super nice. BUT when my car wasnt shifting (the shifter could go around in circles) they told me I needed a new transmission. Shelled out $1700 for a replacement transmission. Fine. A week later the car starts to act up again, sometimes not shifting into gear, so I bring it back. They say that its a different part that needs to be replaced. I go to pick up my car, and IT DOESNT WORK at all! They were just closed so they couldnt do anything about it. I had to find a ride back to Minneapolis, and I am now on the hook for a rental car. UNACCEPTABLE.

While visiting friends in Minnesota, I got a flat. I called ahead and the sales person (eric?) told me they could get me in right away. He even quoted me a tire price over the phone, after I gave him my tire size (which he had to explain to me). I drove there on my doughnut and thankfully my other tires were relatively new so only the one had to be replaced. They got my tire swapped and me out quickly. Good, fast service. Thanks guys!

Went here after my car over heated. Replaced everything they recommended but the car was still not right. Went back two more times asking them to make sure everything was packed up right and they always told me it was fine. Four months later my car over heated again and need replace eveything again and they would stand behind their work. Blamed the parts and the age of the car. The worst customer service on top of this.

Ordered snow tires, made appt, showed up on time to be told a higher price for the tires than quoted. Called around got offered a better price, they wouldnt match or even honor the quoted had to tell them to take them off. They threatened to not release my car unless I paid them to take them off. Horrible experience will not be back. Have bought over 5 cars worth if tires from them prior too.
