Recently brought my Jeep in for tire alignment which was well priced. Was ensured they wouldnt give back until aligned and drove straight. The tires got aligned, but as I noted to the representative I spoke to, my steering wheel (drag link) ALSO needed to be aligned. This did not happen. So, even after the alignment the vehicle still pulls hard when I let go of the steering wheel... will go to place next time that ensures all checks are made and problem solved.
