I have been taking My 1998 Chevy s-10 with 210,000 miles to Chaska Auto Repair for the last 10 years, and as an 18 yrs old truck, Dave,Jeff and Michelle have been essential to keeping My aging vehicle running smoothly .From oil changes,shocks,exhaust,brakes,swapping out transmissions, drive lines, and installing a new bumper ,grill, headlight and turn signal after a deer accident and insurance company total of the vehicle .... My truck actually runs better than it has ever run. Jeff and Dave are some of the most knowledgeable independent mechanics in the business with many years of combined experience between them , They and Michele are honest ,ethical and will repair your vehicle the proper way and with the proper parts with out breaking the bank. I literally would not still be driving My 1998 s-10 with out the expert service of Chaska Auto Repair

I recommend them highly. My last repair bill was only $4.54. Can you imagine that!!! I took my car (1996 Honda civic) to them because it was leaking oil. They were honest to just tighten the drain nut at the base of the oil pan. Thats it. In winter I did a tune up and one of the sparkplugs was jammed so they could not remove it; for some reason upon my request they tried to replace it with a new sparkplug this time and they were able to do it without issues (must be the warm weather i guess). I think they only charged me for the price of the spark plug. Now that is what I call integrity and customer service :).

Jeff and his crew are very honest and knowledgeable about there work. They only fix what needs to be fixed and are honest if something needs replacing or can go another 20,000 miles. One of our vehicles that we brought into a dealer to turn off the check engine light said we needed to fix it now or they made it sound like it would blow up. Brought it it into Chaska auto they checked it and said it was fine. no problems on the car even when we sold it 100,000 miles later with the light on. Very good shop.

Its not often you find a truly honest mechanic today, but Jeff and co. at Chaska Auto Repair are the real deal. After being quoted an astronomical amount to repair the AC in my car, I called Chaska Auto Repair to get a quote on the same repair. He quoted us half the price of what the dealer wanted for the same repair. However, after looking at the car they found a minor issue and corrected it for a fraction of what the dealership wanted!

I have taken every repair I needed to Chaska Auto Repair in the last year and everytime they have given me excellent service at a fair rate and honest feedback about what repairs were recommened vs. needed and the associated costs. I am moving from Chaska to downtown Minneapolis at the end of the month, but I will still bring my cars to Chaska Auto Repair when they need service.

Paid less than quoted! They gave me a very reasonable quote for the service that I needed. They ended up getting charged a cheaper price on the part that they ordered for my car and passed the savings on to me, which ended up being several hundred dollars. If your looking for honest, reliable, and local service, look no further.

Ive brough several "old" cars in there for work. Most of the time Im not even sure where to begin. These guys to a great job of ferreting out the problem and only the problem, fixing it and giving me a very reasonable bill in the process. I will definitely continue using them in the future. Once again, Chaska Auto came through for us. Its great to have a mechanic you can trust! They stand behind their work and always make it right if there is a problem. I have been going there for years with our old Toyota Sienna and Subaru Outback. I highly recommend them.

If it doesnt need to be fixed, they wont recommend it. Never get my oil changed elsewhere or all other repairs for that matter. The one and only repair place for me :)

I brought my Dodge Dakota in for noisy brakes. They replaced the front pads and rotors. The price was decent and they did it the same day. Ill use them again.
