Was repeatedly lied to by them as they tryed to sell me a vehicle. And they became rude and aggressive with me in front of my wife and young child. First they told me the previous owner of the vehicle had only bumped his garage and drove the vehicle in for a small out of pocket repair. Car fax shows that the vehicle hit a utility pole and was towed in for an insurance company repair. When i asked to see the repair bill/recept i was told that he had a photographic memory and just ask him. Then he told me it was his close personal friends vehicle supposedly a 72 year old man who only used it to pull his boat to his canbin. Well i dont know too many 72 year old men that buy performance chips for there 2500 suburban. When i called they told me they were interested in my trade on the phone and when i showed up they said they do not take trades and wanted me to buy the vehicle outright when i explained that i could not afford the vehicle without trade in as down payment they became angry. I asked to negociate price and again they became rude/angry and said there is no negociation. And acted like it was a privilege for me to have a chance to buy the vehicle for $1000 over retail excelent price despite the fact that the vehicle had been in an accident and had tires with less then half tred. Would not trust them to buy from or have repairs done by.

Kurt and Brian have gone above and beyond every single time to provide honest, fast, afforable and efficient customer service. As a single woman I find myself getting ripped off at most mechanics. Not this place. They are always honest with me on what repairs I need or dont need. They are always priced competitively AND I always get a loaner car. They are exceptionally busy so if you expect to talk on the phone twice a day, you will be disappointed. However, Id rather have them working on my car then talking to me. Also---side benefit...two actually. Every time they fix my car they wash it. Second--I broke down in the Black Hills this summer and they called me on a Sunday morning giving me advice since I had to take it to the dealer who tried to give me the single female tourist discount. Kurt and Brians advice probably saved me a $1000. Keep up the great work.

Well Im sorry to say my first and only experience with having work done on my car at Collision Corner was not very good. What I was told would be a day, in and out, to paint and install a small deflector for the rear of my station wagon and install and paint a new gas cap assembly turned into a week. When I went to pick up the car is was not done when I was told it would be. When the job was finally complete the quality of workmanship was extremely poor. In fact I was asked by someone where I work If I painted it myself. There were bubbles and flaws all over the defector. I brought the car back and was told that it wasnt "that bad" of a job but theyd do it over if I wanted. I was told they would call me when I could bring it back. Ive been waiting over a month for that call and I have left 2 messages with no call back... Very dissatisfied and unhappy with my experience!

If I had another accident, would I use them again...I dont know. Probably not without some serious time commitments. I had an accident and chose Collision Corner. After a couple weeks, I started regularly checking in. I was told couple more days or next week repeatedly. After a month without a car (thank goodness I could work from home), they said they felt bad for getting so behind and gave me a car...but it still was a couple more weeks before I got my car back. In the end, it took 1.5 months to repair. Far too long.

Our car has been there for over two weeks and nobody has taken the time to call to tell us what is wrong with the vehicle. Every time we call, we get the assurance that someone will call back. No call. I would highly recommend that nobody uses this service. Do not understand how theyve been in business for 30 years with service this poor .

I doubt Ill ever take my car anywhere else. They service the van for the church I work for, and my personal car as well. Always fair, tell you up front if theres a lesser cost option and lay out your options for you every step if you need them to. Always fair, trustworthy and straight.
