When I first walked in I was greeted by a lady at the front, who ran me through all of my options and paperwork. She was delightful and eased me into this tanning thing that I was not at first sure of. I decided after a nutrition seminar at the Twin Cities Performing Arts Convention and researching extensively, that I would give it a shot for my Vit. D deficiency. We agreed on which option was best for my needs, we also discussed possibly upgrading my package the next time I came in, then moved onto eye wear and creams. I had not been tanning since I was in high school and now make my own organic skin care products so I asked if I could simply use those instead of the advertised tan enhancers since I wasnt coming in for color. Chris was brought into our conversation by being asked if I needed anything more than a moisturizer in such a case. He launched into a sales speech then put a product in front of me saying that since Im into all the natural stuff that this is the one I want and I can go ahead and read the ingredients. He went on to tell me that whatever I brought in would ruin the finish on the beds (The girl and I had decided that a stand up would be best but he did not give a moment to communicate where we had already gotten). He had, while saying these things, filled a sample and charged me for it then rushed me off and gave me an astonished look when I was not grateful and noted that what I had made comprised completely of only 4 of the ingredients that was on the bottle he handed me. None of which would injure a bed especially with me standing up. I will say that if this had been presented to me in a different manner I may not have been left with distaste furthering my resistance. Otherwise, the facility is clean with many options for both the health conscious and color seeking stylists. Parking took extra time since I had never been there before, the first lot was full, and rush hour had made getting to the extra parking difficult (there is also street parking which will warrant a tow during rush hours). I will try to ride my bike next time I come in to complete my package!

0/5 stars. This is the absolute worst spray tan Ive ever had. The machine doesnt have an even mist- its more of a high pressure spray down. The woman working in the salon told me the machine would ask me to switch positions to evenly cover my body. What actually happens is the machine sprays your back once and sprays your front once at such a high intensity that youre left with speckles and spots covering your entire body and face. I conveyed my concerns after and was told that "it looked great and to moisturize my skin." This tanning salon is low-end and left me both streaked as well as spotted.
