Beware college students! They got me to sign up for an account and told me they would put it on hold until i got back from college for $10/ month. Instead they charged me full price for 6 months while i was out of the state at school. Now they are saying they dont know if they will refund my money even though this mistake was clearly on them. Very frustrating to say the least as college students are low income as it is. Very poor ethics and customer service taking advantage of students.

We signed up at St. Louis Park because of the Salt Water Pool, and because we live in Apple Valley, have been coming to the Lakeville location for the other exercise options. Very clean, well staffed, friendly. However, called the other day and left a msg for someone in the business office to answer some questions and never got a return call. Thats dissappointing - current rating dropped from 4 to 3 till this gets resolved.

Was a member for 5 months... crappy 30 day cancellation fee, didnt get money back from not using hours we paid for, for Personal training sessions. Wont be going back there ever. Had cancelled only because couldnt afford paying 140 for my family of 3 when i got laid off. Got behind rent because of the stupid 30 day notice for canceling.

Music videos from the televisions often play lewd music videos and generally not much variety in the music. Aside from the music you hear throughout the adult gym, bring your headphones and its an amazing place to work out and even have a squash court and a boxing/kickboxing like area which I was surprised by.

This place is SOO nice. I am so impressed. The locker rooms are like a country club. The facility is top of the line. It is the type of place you would expect to pay $200 a month for, but you dont, it is way cheaper. Tons of classes going on. I will be a member for a very long time. It is awesome.

Theyre rude. Went there recently and the men at the front desk were not welcoming whatsoever. One of the night cleaning guys made an innapropriate sexually harrassing comment towards my friend. Brought it to the supposed managers attention and he laughed. Unprofessional in my opinion. Creeps!

Excellent club all around, but has gotten pricey over the years. When i joined in 1996 it was only $37/month... It is now nearly double that! I realize business is business, but i would like to able to join a gym without taking out a loan for the dues!!! LOL!

I really enjoyed your guy’s service. Your employee Noah really helped me find the best smoothie. Now I get the same smoothie everytime I work out. Gavin Gemelke is amazing, he was so helpful. When I asked him to help me out he did it without hesitation.

Nice facilities clean and well managed. Yoga classes are overbooked and hard to get in to. Brought this to the attention of the management staff, but no response. Even if you cant do anything about it, you still owe your customer a response.

Spa atmosphere...all the perks...good for families or singles...adult swim at night. Obvious G/L scene...paired with overt Christians in group fitness classes. Lots of blonde Lakeville preppy types.

Been a member of LTF for 5 years and have been to a dozen area clubs. Lakevilles is a well run club. Plenty of stuff for everyone in the family, staff has always been knowledgeable and outgoing.

I love the towel service. The 24 hours availability is key for my busy life. It does cost a lot but then again so does tv service at home. Investment in your body it is worth it.

One of the BEST GOLD Life Time Fitness gym. Lockers are clean, great classes, kind and attentive staff member and that big pool is such a gem. We love this gym.
