I absolutely love Estetica. Ive been going there for a few years, although I havent been back in awhile because Ive been living out of the country--but Ive already scheduled a haircut and brow wax for right after I get back to MN! I started going to Estetica as a somewhat awkward teenager, but Ive never felt out of place there. They have a range of diverse customers (although Im not sure how they handle natural hair) and they treat everyone equally and have always put me at ease. Ive gone in right after work or school, definitely not looking my best, and been greeted with the same enthusiasm as when I was wearing a full face of makeup with perfect hair and clothes. Megan is my stylist, and she has never gone wrong. I have very fine, stick-straight hair that tangles easily, but Megan always styles it perfectly. She takes into consideration what I want and the amount of time Im willing to spend doing my hair in the mornings (very, very little). Ive always been nervous about getting my hair cut since I hate the idea of getting a botched cut, but since I started going to Megan all of my anxieties have faded away. I also get my brows waxed with Katie every month or so, and she is a goddess. I have incredibly thick, long, dark eyebrows that quickly merge into unibrow territory if not constantly cared for. Ive been waxing and threading them since middle school, but never have I had as good of an experience as I consistently have with Katie. She doesnt take too much away, which is an issue Ive had with waxing in the past, and she does a great job of enhancing their natural shape so that they best suit my face. Shes also incredibly nice and easy to talk to, and shes managed to make getting hair ripped out of your face a relaxing experience; all around the perfect esthetician.

Im picky about haircuts, so I when I moved to St. Paul I spent a lot of time trying to find a great place to go. Estetica was recommended to me by a friend and did not disappoint. It can be difficult to find a place that does a good mans haircut, but I had no trouble here. My stylist was super friendly and made very helpful suggestions when I was deciding on a look that would work for me. She took her time and worked very carefully, which I appreciated. I opted for the "new talent" ($30) cut, and the stylist was still very skilled and gave me a haircut I was thrilled with. Theres no reason to worry about the lower-price haircuts being lower quality; not only are the stylists very capable, their work is also checked and improved afterward by a more experienced stylist. I was so happy with how I looked that I prebooked my next appointment (which gets you a surprise coupon for free stuff!) to ensure that Id be able to keep the look going! I got the haircut 3 days ago, and Im still impressed with how nice it is every time I catch my reflection in the mirror. Im looking forward to my next appointment!

I purchased a full spa package for my girl friends birthday. After a wonderful facial and manicure. She was ready for a relaxing hour long message. To her disappointment the massage was horrible. The massage table was only separated by a curtain next to another work area. It was cold and breezy and the masseuse exchanged banter with other workers during the massage. No music, no quite, no comfort. She was so uncomfortable she cut the massage short by 40 mins. To top it all off after expressing her displeasure she was told the manager would be in touch. 4 weeks and six phone messages later the manager has still not contacted her.

Fabulous spa in a goregous arcade. I was treated to a spa day for my birthday with a massage and mani/pedi. The massage was wonderfully relaxing and I loved the foot soak at the beginning. The mani/pedi was sooooo nice! She was so careful and detailed with my mani pedi and really easy to chat with. During the mani/pedi she found out it was my birthday and later surprised me by letting me know they would have someone do my hair for me as a treat for my birthday! It was such a kind gesture and very much appreciated. I will absolutely be returning to Estetica! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and it was wonderful!

Ive been going to Kelly for my haircuts for something like five years now, and every experience with her is outstanding. I personally rely on her for advice and suggestions on new styles, and I trust her ENTIRELY because she is very skilled and knows how to combine my ideas and personal style, and translate that into a striking hairstyle. I would recommend Kelly to anyone who wants to be well understood well by their stylist (from the most specific to the most vague requests, she cuts it just as I like). Always worth the price, and that comes from someone with a nearly nonexistent beauty budget.

The general consensus is correct: this place rocks. I was lucky enough to get a walk-in appointment on a Friday with Catherine, who was so sweet and really took her time with my cut & color. I was taking off 4-5 inches and she said, "okay, well start slow so theres no how much did we cut off?? panic." She gave me great layers and I love the natural red color. Three weeks later its wearing just as nicely as when I got it. A beautiful salon with great people. If you find yourself in the area, go go go.

My appointment with Kanita is one of the BEST experiences Ive ever had in a salon. I was just a visitor in the area and I walked in with black hair, walked out a beautiful blonde!!! The sense of ease and explaining everything she was doing to my hair before we even began made me feel as if Id been her client for YEARS!!! I love this Spa! I have been coming to have Laura do manicures for the last 3 years and she is fabulous!! She always makes my manicures enjoyable that the hours fly by! I also have had the pleasure of a massage and it too was fantastic. Every staff member is so kind and gracious when Im there, they take very good care of me and I so appreciate the pampering! I have been going to Estetica for about 8 years and LOVE it. I use to live within a mile of their location, but have continued to go there even when I moved 15 miles away! Everyone I have used there has been great, but Cilia has been my go to stylist for years. I have done cuts, colors, waxes, and massages there and everything has been excellent. I would highly recommend giving it a try!
