I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Literally the worst service I have ever had. They do better job in beauty school. Wish I could leave a picture of my current nail( their work). I get my nails done almost every 2 weeks. Again in am so very disappointed. I went to this place because they were highly ranked on Yelp. I was greeted and welcomed.... Everything went down hill as soon as I sat down and told them I needed gel fill and fix 3 nails ( $3 each but they told me it would be $10 :/). They insisted on take by my nails off that I just put on last week. I usually go with get for 4 mo and then take them off completely for 2 mo to give my nails a break and a chance to grow out again. So brand new nails - I said I wasnt interested in taking them off ( would cause too much damage). She was fussing and huffing - kept speaking a native language which is uncomfortable because it sounded she was complaining. Then we proceed on filling and I politely asked not to make them bulgy. She didnt like that again. PS - when she glued fake nail on (the one that was broken) - one nail was only half way glued and I asked her to add more glue so I wouldnt get fungus later on please and she was just furious w me. Grrrr. I dont know if I should have just went w it - but I speak when I see something is wrong or when something done isnt the way I like it. Wouldnt you? Filing nails was also a challage. She couldnt get the shape right either. At this point I got up and went to the bathroom cause I was so disappointed. I almost wanted to cry. When I return - my manicurist went to help someone else. I sat there and waited for at lest 20 minutes. So rude. No one said a word while I waited :( Finally a lady that greeted me at very beginning took over and tried making up for the other. She must of been very new to this business - she couldnt even draw my French lines straight and even. When I was drying my nails I brought it to her attention that 5 of my French lines are very uneven - she fussed and said well well have to take polish off completely and redo everything while looking at clock ( now they were 5 min passed closed time). I politely declined. Never ever would I go there again.

Absolute worst service of the times Ive gone there. Ive been going to this place for almost two years, and theyve always been great but today it was absolutely horrible. I went there on a Monday and Tuesday and both days they were busy and was told to come back tomorrow. Todays Wednesday and I made an appointment for 6pm, because I realized that if I want to be helped I should make an appointment. I was there at 6pm and everyone was busy, was told to wait for 5 minutes. 20 minutes later two ladies come in and say they were had a 5:30 appointment but theyre late. Mind you Ive now been sitting for almost 30 minutes. At 6:50 a male technician come to ask the two ladies who came AFTER me what theyre doing, doesnt even acknowledge me. When another client asks me why I havent been helped only then does he come and ask what Im doing and I tell him Im unhappy with his conduct. He tells me those ladies had an appointment, SO DID I. Matter fact I was there on time, they arrived almost an hour late yet they were helped and acknowledged first. I have to complain before this man will even acknowledge it. Then while Im talking he just turns around and leaves. Says something like "I have to work" and just leaves me hanging. No sense of professionalism, absolutely disgusting. Ive been going to this place for almost 2 years and I actually thought this particular gentleman was great. His attitude towards me as a paying client was disgusting. He did not bother to even apologize, of course he doesnt think hes wrong. I will never set foot there again, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. They lost my business, regardless of how little or how much of a service I was getting. Never again. I have never felt so belittled by any service provider as I was today. I wasnt looking for a free service or a discount, matter of fact I paid the full price when the lady tried to offer me a discount. I went there because I can afford the service I was getting, Ive always paid in full for the services and as such I expect results that reflect such. Never again will I set foot there. Absolutely disappointed after all this time Ive been faithfully going there.

The first time I was here, I really enjoyed it and had a decent experience. I was happy that I finally found a good salon to go to near home. My husband actually surprised me with $45 gift certificate for christmas from this salon. Just this past weekend (on a saturday), I went back and it will be my last time there. My sister in law made an appointment for us at 4 pm. She got there on time but I was about 10 mins late. I understand that I wasnt on time but there wasnt even that many customers waiting. As the lady was giving me a pedi, one other lady was giving me a mani at the same time. They put a magazine on my lap and placed the UV light on top so I they could finish my finger nails at the same time as my toe nails. It was uncomfortable trying to relax for a pedi while they had me switch hands back and fourth for the mani. The lady who did my pedi cut too deep into the cuticles of one side of my toe and it was bleeding a little, but the massage was good. Im not sure if they were just trying to get us out of there even though they closed at 7pm. However, they didnt give my sister in law a mani at the same time as her pedi... So I was sitting with her at the table just watching her get a mani.... IT WAS SO UNFAIR AND UNCOMFORTABLE. Brandon charged us $60 each (I even tipped $20 cash). With the $45 gift certificate from my husband I only paid $15 The following monday, I checked my account and there was a $30 charge. I called them and the manager Angela explained that our cost was actually $75 thats why they charged an extra $15 on my card. First, I didnt have a good experience, but looked passed that and even tipped $20. Then its their fault for mistakenly charging me only $60. But yet, they charged on it on my account because they messed up. Yes, they just lost a regular.

Beautiful nails! Best job Ive had in years. 3 stars for the customer service. I expect to make my own decision but if ask for a little advice or maybe what colors are popular(like when you ask your hair stylist if bangs would accentuate your face shape or if dark or blonde is in right now) even a fake answer like yes or no because x,y,z. But she just kept saying its up to you, your nails, we wont fix if you dont like. Price was already more than I pay on the average but for the quality it was ok. Except that in the middle of doing my nails she said it would be ten extra dollars due to the length of my nails. They are a bit long but not long enough where I have ever been charged for the length before. EVEN so it would have been fine but she saw how long they were when I sat down before she gave me the original price. They probably do it a lot cause there were no prices posted anywhere and the receptionist who was there to greet me didnt know how much a gel fill was and said the woman doing my nails would let me know how much. The lady said it would be $35. It was about 15 minutes in already when she said now it was $45 cause of length. Overall nails were beautiful but not very nice customer service and changed the price midway through.
