I was looking for movers online and came across 4 other moving companies before i narrowed it down to Pals Moving Service.I got estimates from all the companies but the estimator that i spoke to on the phone, Michelle, at Pals Moving service stood out. She was very efficient, knowledgeable, took the time to come over to our home after our phone consultation, and showed me all the paperwork that gave me peace of mind showing to me their license and insurance. Michelle did a full intake inventory in detail of all the items that we would be moving before giving me pricing. Everything was straight forward which i liked. I dont like surprises at the last minute. This was the total package to me which the other companies lacked. I found Pals Moving service was exactly who they said they were going to be. My husband and I finally made our dream of buying a home of our own. I was moving from a rental family home into a house we just purchased. I was very stressed out because of all the packing that I had to do alone with two young children. My husband would often be very busy with his work. We have really nice furniture that we purchased 1 year ago that I really wanted to make sure would be transported safely into our new home.I also inherited antique items from my late aunt which I was worried would get damaged. Pals moving service was a big relief for me from start to finish. They took care of my furniture, covered my valuables with-full coverage insurance. It was a little extra but worth it for the peace of mind. Luckily I didnt need it because everything got to the destination safely .Thank you Pals Moving Service! you live up to your name, and are real pals. I would recommend you for everyone!

I called them for an estimate and my phone conversation with Sam was very nice. I needed someone to come to my house to look over all of my belongings and Sam came over personally that weekend to meet with me. He was very nice and professional as he explained everything I needed to know about my move and also the insurance I needed to cover all of my belongings during the move. I was given a fair estimate with the insurance included and the right number of movers needed to complete my move. Sam arrived on the day of the move to supervise his guys and ensure everything went smoothly. I was so happy and impressed to have so much attention given to the care of my valuables. My move was handled perfectly from start to finish and very professionally. I never thought that any company would care so much about their clients even after everything was finished. Im so grateful for the excellent customer service and also the attentiveness I received from everyone involved at "Pals". Thank you "Pals Moving Service" You will be my "Pals" anytime I need to move in the future. Without a doubt, I will recommend anyone looking to move to use your services so that they can have a wonderful and worry free experience like I did!

First I want to Thank Sam and everyone in his company that helped make my move a stress & worry free experience, they were absolute professionals, courteous, hardworking & went above and beyond what they were hired to do, my move consisted of clearing out one location n emptying and moving a separate location, my furniture was quite large n difficult to move n maneuver & required disassembling n then again reassembly, Pals moving did not give up until they made sure everything fit n made it to desired location & this involved climbing on roofs of trucks with lifts to climbing on decks, I highly recommend this company, you wont be sorry!!!!!

From my 1st contact w/ Sam on the telephone I was impressed at how professional he was & accommodating. The impression was exactly the same when he came to my house for the in-house estimate that I requested. The day of the job the men who came were very pleasant, and good at what they do...there was a couple of drawbacks w/ the furniture I had b/c they were LARGE and the room to move is very SMALL but they were able to handle it perfectly. The price was right, I did not feel cheated like I have in the past w/ movers and when my mother moves in June we will definitely be using PALs again.

Let me start off by saying that this was the easiest move I have ever made. The 6 guys they sent out were were quick, thorough, and beyond nice. They packed my kitchen and moved my room and furniture from Union NJ to PA. What I expected to take most of the day only ended up taking a few hours. I also had them store some extra stuff while I figure out what to do with it. I cannot say enough good words about my whole experience with pals moving service Corp. This is the best moving company I have ever used and recently have moved quite a bit. Wont think to use anyone ever again!

Pals was great! Sam worked with me financially on my move since I wasnt moving too far because other movers will rip you off but they were not money hungry! The owner Sam was patient, polite and courteous. I mustve called the poor guy 6x to double check on everything. His workers were friendly and professional. Will definitely be using again my next move and will refer. Thanks guys!

Paks provides great service - take the time to coordinate the move with your schedule -,they did my packing and moved on two separate days without a hitch. Pricing comes out in the muffs which is fair - I hate low ball offers that end up being 3x higher - this is not the case with Pals and Sam answers concerns right away

Sam and his crew were very professional. I needed some furniture moved rather quickly and Sam was able to work with me. They even called me and turned their truck around after a lamp was missed and brought it to me! I used them to move some items into storage, and then out again to a new apartment. Highly recommended.

The guys at Pals moving company are excellent! The direct contact was Sam and he was wonderful, courteous, and professional. I just moved into my house yesterday and hired pals to help me out. Talk about courtesy and proffessionalism, these guys are aces. They were on time, wrapped up all my furniture and moved it all within a timely manner and with the utmost care. I would highly recommend them.. And hey the price wasnt too bad either.

Julias, Josam, and Sam were amazing and fun to have help us move our piano. They took extra care to make sure that it was taken apart and put back together properly and kept a huge smile the whole time. They were great and we were so happy we chose this company.
