WORST COMPANY EVER. They are liars, cheats, and just plain crooks. They will break/damage and steal your belongings and then refuse to pay damages. They will not respond to calls, especially if they know youre upset. They try to dodge claims when they damage all of your stuff and take absolutely no care with what they pack. Their storage facilities cause mildew and rot- it happened to us (then they tried to claim thats how it was when they packed it, even though there are pictures proving otherwise)! They are HORRIBLE. Use ANY other company- you will regret even calling this company. Absolutely horrendous packers, even worse customer service. DO NOT USE KLEINS MOVING AND STORAGE FOR ANY REASON!!!!!

Kleins Moving and Storage is a very reputable company that only has their customers best interest in mind. If you need a mover in Brooklyn, using Kleins is your best bet. I have used them on many moves and have never had a bad experience!
