Never had such an amazing moving experience! I have been moving in the past with the flatrate and OZ of this world and always felt moving could be a better experience. I found it with Katz! From the first phone call with Gary to the packing, moving and unloading experience with Nigels team, it was just awesome. All the guys were very polite and smiling and obviously very professional. The packing was done as if it was their own things with clear labels that facilitated the unpacking. Every issue was handled with calm and professionalism to get the stress out of my hands. Id definitely recommend this company to anyone and Im giving it 5 stars very easily.

Not Professional. I went to them for a second opinion on a quote because my roommate was also using them. They gave me a good rate on the quote and I accepted it the next day, well within their 72 hour "reservation window". I then get an email the next morning saying that they no longer have the crew needed to move me and that my reservation isnt valid. In the process, I gave up another reservation with a better rate and will likely have to pay an extra $100 on that because they cant get their act together. Would not recommend to anyone.

Working with Katz really took the stress out of moving. From the initial contact to the final check of the truck I felt that Katz cared about belongings and getting them safely from one location to the next safely. The guys were very professional and quickly loaded my belongings, including disassembling the items of furniture. At the destination, my belongings were carefully unloaded and reassembled. Everyone at Katz Moving was professional and personable. I will be using them again for the next move.
