After flying back to Buffalo after a month long vacation in Florida, I discovered my truck had a seized rear wheel after sitting for so long in the cold weather. I was stuck at a hotel near the airport and unable to return to Canada. Miranda Auto was the only nearby service centre that I was able to find that could work on my truck on such short notice. In less than one day, they not only fixed the wheel but several other annoying problems that I should have fixed during this past cold winter. This shop is run by very friendly professionals who not only do excellent work but seem to charge at reasonable rates. While sitting all day in their office, I noticed that they have very good working relations with all their customers. Well done, Mike and Tim! From one of your Canadian customers...

As always, Miranda Auto Service & Collision did a great job with our vehicles - 2 in 2 weeks on short notice, no less! A deer took off side view mirror of one car and Miranda fixed that up in one day - cant tell anything happened at all! Squishy brakes on the truck? Not anymore!! We cant recommend them enough - you can trust them to be honest and do outstanding, quality work - always!!

I like the the service is tailored to my plans for how long I intend to keep the vehicle; jobs which are critical to the proper operation of the machine for the duration of the time I intend to own it are emphasized by the staff while jobs which are less necessary for the immediate future are brought to my attention but I am not pressured to do the repairs immediately.

Ive been bringing my vehicles to Mike for years. Theyre honest, fair and actually take the time to tell you what theyre going to do and why. There have been quite a few times when I was advised about something but told it would last a bit longer so fix it later. I HIGHLY recommend Mike at the crew at Miranda Auto!
