While preparing for a NYS inspection I went and bought 4 new tires ( according to my husband my road slicks wouldnt pass ;) ). The wear on the tires indicated a need for an alignment. I went to this thruway mall location and was treated well. When they called to tell me my car was done 45 minutes later I cringed with the thought of the repair costs. They charged me only for the alignment and mentioned my sticker was up in a week and would you like us to inspect as well. Done!!! No problems and I am very satisfied. the team did not manifest unnecessary repairs nor over charge me. Thank you and well done.

Car was towed here on January 19th in heavy snow. Friendly staff offered to drive me to car rental agencies at airport as it was after hours and car need to stay overnight for diagnosis. Did not expect to be charged $99 diagnostic fee, then over-quoted on repair costs to the tune of several hundred dollars. Repair was a spark plug wire that took Midas less than 10 minutes to find and a third of the cost to replace. Neither quality nor value was received on this visit.

Repeat customer. Most repairs reasonable price. Technicians knowledgable. Have had a few cases where something was missed. returned and it was dealt with at no charge. They try make customer a return. Would like to do labour only on some jobs and supply parts myself, but that is against policy .

Joe and team really helped me out today. I am a business owner and my vehicle was down due to a flat tire. I stopped in and explained that I need my vehicle so I could go to an appointment and they jumped right on it and got my tire repaired! Very thankful and I will remember that.

When it comes customer service Drew and Raheel are top notch. Ive shied away from Firestone in the past because I thought Id save a few dollars elsewhere. In the end, Im always sorry and end calling Firestone to fix whats broken.

Great place to get tires, oil changes, rotations, inspections, etc. Never crowded and staff is friendly and helpful. Clued me into getting a Firestone card and now I dont pay for rotations on either car!
