I was shopping around for a truck two years ago. I must have gone to ten different dealerships. I am a Ford man at heart. Well a dear friend of mine told me to go to Begnal. He referred me to a gentleman named Dean and told me Dean would take care of you. So I walked into the dealership alittle uncertain. I soon realized that Begnal is nothing like other dealerships. I had a blast looking around at all the vehicles. Most dealerships have base models everywhere. (Begnal does have base modes as well) but they have many models with add ons. In my opinion if your going to buy a new car buy something your going to be exicited to get in every morning, and drive home in everyday! So I walked over to Dean and explained to him what I was looking for. In less then 5 mins he found a truck with everything I was looking for and more, for a much better price then any competitor! I had a very Pleasant experience at Begnal thier team of employees is great! David took care of everything with finances. He found a bank with the lowest interest rate. David and Dean took care of all the paper work with the banks and the DMV. I signed the paper work, Dean put the plates on my truck, and off I went. I was so pleased with my experience that I am proud to say my girl friend now drives a beautiful jeep. It took her a year to find one that she liked, and could afford but Dean was very patiant with us and all the calls and visits,until we found the perfect jeep. He made it happen! Last but not least you will not find a better service department, hands down! I deal with Josh and Michael anytime my truck needs regular maintenance. (So far havent needed anything major done but I would trust them with any job.) I get out of work at 4:30 and often can only get to Begnal by 5:00 they always make sure to fit me in even if it means staying alittle late. I am always happy with the work done on my vehicles there. You cant trust other shops like you can Begnals. I know after my trucks been worked on there I dont have to worry about anything they worked on Being wrong. To anyone who read this whole review I hope it was helpful! Do yourself a favor (even if you are a Ford guy) go to Begnal! You might just walk out of there being the proud owner of a Beautiful, Reliable, Dodge.

My first purchase from this dealer was amazing, I looked at a jeep around 11am and was driving it home by the end of the night, our salesperson was very understanding and helped us get exactly the kind of payments we were looking for, he also understood that since I was just starting out, the car would be going in my fathers name in the beginning then switching to my name, so he knew he had to satisfy us both. In my book he deserves five stars, however the reason I voted three is because my most recent experience. I emailed the dealership three times to purchase a new jeep before I finally got a response, which is fine, I understand computers are crazy sometimes. In my email I explained that I was not looking to rush into this because the jeep I bought from them was still in solid condition, I explained everything I was looking for and sent my email. I waited three days before emailing again on March 9th and got a response of they were waiting to see if anything came in around what I was looking for, which would have been fine if my father didnt drive by their dealership every day and saw three jeeps that met most of my specifications. It felt like since it didnt seem like I was ready to purchase in the next couple days, I was pushed to the side. It is now May 2nd and I still have never gotten an email. I understand people forget who they email since I work in Internet sales myself, but it didnt feel like it was just forgetting me. I am a very loyal customer and once I have a good experience somewhere I return as often as I can, but this didnt sit right with me. I dont want to base my opinion of this whole dealership off of one persons little mistake, but I thought this should be mentioned so it could be fixed for future customers. So ultimately, my first time around deserves five stars, my second time around I wouldnt even vote because I have no real experience to go off of since I was never emailed back. I hope this helps L.T. Begnal to grow in the right direction!

We purchased a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Begnal Motors on August 15th. Within 24 hours from picking up our car, we had issues. The car went into limp mode, it wouldnt go above 25 miles per hour. We dropped the car off to be repaired on Sunday, August 18th. It turned out to be 3 major fixes that needed to be done and it would be about 5 days to complete. The problem here is not just that we had issues with the car, but the customer service we received AFTER they got our money: 1) Nobody called us once to apologize for the inconvenience of a car we purchased from them breaking down within 24 hours of us having it. 2) Nobody returned our calls when we asked to speak with the management of the used car department (Kevin) about everything that had happened. (The fact that we had to call is a little twisted too, I feel they should have called us to just extend an apology...) 3) We had to ASK for a loaner car after being told our car would be out of commission for about a week. Call me crazy but this is not how you treat customers who made a hefty investment with your company. Begnal has not only lost our future business, but lost our trust in them as a business. That all being said, we actually will miss working with Jim, a salesman in the used dealership. We have worked with him twice in the past 2 years, he got us into both of our vehicles and did everything he could do on his end to make us happy. Unfortunately the people above him who should have stepped up to do the right thing failed. The service department was also very helpful in explaining the problems with the car and getting the car back as fast as they could.

Recently, I purchased my 2nd Jeep from this dealer and could not be more reassured that I purchased the right vehicle from the right dealer. Today on my morning commute to work, I had the unfortunate experience of something coming up and smashing the windshield while driving 55mph. It was an incredible impact directly eye level with me, that left me covered in glass shards and shocked while trying to maintain lane. After arriving at work and cleaning the mess, I called Begnal Motors and spoke to Jim Barnes. Jim reassured me that this was fixable as I was looking at a 2 month old car. Jim referred me to a local glass shop that could provide services needed. After calling the glass shop I received another call from Jim. This call was of concern for the safety of both my wife and myself driving the vehicle until repairs are done next week. Jim further stated that the management and owners of Begnal Motors would like to not only offer a loaner vehicle that is safe, but also keep my brand new baby safe and dry (hole in windshield). I was speechless and graciously accepted the offer. Thank You. After leaving the dealership, I was still amazed at the level of concern that was expressed at every level - sales, service, management and owners. I cannot express how happy I am with the service I have received since walking in the door to "look for a new car". I will continue to tell everyone how great the TEAM at Bengal Motors is.
