Ive been going to Twin Towers for many years. Because of the care that both my car and I have received over the years at Twin Towers, I would never consider going to any other service station - I even buy all my gas there. I still drive a 19 yr old Subaru, and over the yrs, have had a few significant car problems. John & his staff are always diligent & thorough, working through & explaining in language I understand every issue until it was completely corrected. After any work is done, John personally drives the car to make certain it responds appropriately and the initial problem is resolved. Whether its for a simple oil change or a more serious problem, John calls me to discuss his findings and if he has suggestions to make my 19 yr old car run without difficulty (or even better) as it has for so long, and when the work should be done. He provides an accurate estimate for parts/labor. If he finds any change during the repairs, he promptly calls back with all updates and any changes in the initial estimate. When my car is ready, I know that John has put my car through its paces. I am certain that my car is completely SAFE on the road. When I 1st started going to Twin Towers, I didnt understand why the atmosphere there was so unlike any other garage Id been to before. It was only when I learned its a family-owned business, started by their grandparents, that it all made sense. I consider myself very lucky, indeed, to have more trust in Twin Towers and their mechanics who work on my car than I do in some of my doctors.

My wife and I just moved from Georgia, with our kids in tow, for work with the Trader Joes company. We didnt know anyone when we moved here, and it has been a bit of a culture shock to say the least. Our transmission started going out on us a week after we arrived, and I was horrified at some of the stories I had heard about the shady, rip off car mechanics in the NJ/NYC areas. I really lucked out when I found these guys. From the moment I walked in until the day I picked up my car there was nothing but respect, open communication, and top notch customer service. These guys really know their stuff, and the price never deviated from the original quote when I brought my van in; even though it took a little extra work & parts to get the job done right. My van is driving better than it did when I bought it used from the dealership! I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to be treated fair at a fair price for any and all work for your vehecial. I will be most certainly use these guys for any and all work that I need in the future. These guys love what they do, and it is reflected by their friendly welcoming attitude, and the pride in their workmanship.

Went here for the first time today and I like it so far! Walked in just wanting an oil change and walked out getting just that and not spending extra money on other repairs. I used to get my car maintenanced at Mazda of Lodi and theyre always telling me I need this and that done, trying to get me to spend more money. I always walked out of there spending hundreds of dollars more than I should have. Yeah, thats a dealership for you! At Twin Towers, I tell them I just want an oil change...I get an oil change! And if something else WAS wrong with my car, Im sure they would tell me. Fortunately, there was nothing else wrong with my car...well at least they didnt tell me anything else that was wrong. But, they seem like real honest people so Im going to stick with them. I would have given them a full five stars, but like I said, its too early to tell. Ill probably update this in a few months when I get my next oil change or if my car needs other repairs done.

This place is not a mechanic but a ponzi scheme. Not only are they more expensive than anyone else they also charge for stuff that is free everywhere else. I went to check a terrible sound coming from my brakes and they charged me 90$ for it, than told me there is nothing wrong with them. I kept driving for another month and than took my car for a oil change somewhere else. The fella there did a routine check on the car and told me that I had destroyed the rottors because my brakes had worn out, the same breaks that were making the terrible sound that I paid to check.

John, the store manager is the best. He is honest. John will only repairs what needs repair and no more. If he sees anything that needs attention, he will make a point of it. I went to John as my car was riding a bit rough and needed an advice. I thought I had a problem with the suspension, shocks etc. I left the car for a diagnoses. He called me back, all I needed was an aligniment, tire rotation, and my tires were over inflated. Now, tell me if that is not being honest. Thumbs up! I will return to John every time.

John has not only repaired our car , but has made a friend for life.......Twin Towers is the place to go with your car, we were forwarded to John by our son Mike and have passed the word on to other family and friends that if you want a good mechanic and also want to be treated us part of a complete service center go to Twin Towers......You will not only receive prefect work on your car, but you will be treated as a friend , with respect and understanding......thank you John, you are one in a million.............

This place has raving reviews across the web for good reason: they are well-established in their community, honest, and very courteous. John is the owner, and usually the person who deals with the clients directly. Hes got an calm demeanor and is very knowledgable. He helped me quite a bit when other mechanics couldnt cut it. I will be coming back to this place for years to come.

Excellent customer service that cant be beat! The work is top notch and the pricing is as reasonable as it gets. I was surprised by all of the negative comments Ive read, just in the past week, but its obvious that they are not from legitimate customers who actually live in the U.S. I guess some people have nothing better to do. Twin Towers, HIGHLY recommended!

We have been taking our 3 vehicles to Twin Towers Exxon Service Station for all of automotive needs for many years. They are knowledgeable, reliable and professional. Great customer service. They take the time to explain exactly what you need, how long it will take and what it will cost prior to working on your vehicle. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The service is amazing they check your car from top to bottom tell you what needs to be done. They are very polite with customers. I did mechanic inspection of a car before buying it. They revealed a lot of issues and honestly explained me everything. I eventually refused buying it. Super professional people. Thank you for your work!

Had some intermittent electrical issues passing through town. John and his staff were very knowledable and went out of their way to try and help get us back on the road. Unfortunately the issue did not appear again, and we continued on, but we appreciated Johns straightforward attitude and help!
