AVOID THIS PLACE!! If I could give a zero I would. To start I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection @ 3 oclock thinking with an appointment I would probably be there for about 45 mins and would take seniority over random people who just walk into their garage and ask them questions on their car. But, I was wrong. After waiting already there for about 35 mins It looked as if they had finally got to the point of doing the oil change on my vehicle then this random lady walked in where the mechanic was clearly working on my vehicle and asked him about her SUV in the parking lot(something in regards to low air in her rear tire). You would think he would ask another co worker to tend to the women or tell her that he would get with her after my vehicle. After watching them just stand there and talk to each other for a good 10 mins the guy decides to pull her car in and tend to her vehicle and put mine on hold while I had been waiting. Pretty frustrating seeming two months ago I took my car for an oil change at vavoline and was in and out in 15 mins. After now an additional 25 mins of waiting for the mechanic to go back to my car. The manager came out and asked me to come take a look at my car up on the lift. He expressed how nice the car was and asked if it was garage kept making me feel as if i had nothing to worry about. Little to my knowledge i didnt know he was deciding to fail me due to the very inside of my front tires there was a faint balding(WHOLE REST OF THE TIRE PLUS BACK ONES ARE BRAND NEW)Something a good mechanic would just tell you to some time in the future replace your tire(s). MIND YOU TIRES STILL HAVE PLENTY OF LIFE ON THEM! But instead they made me feel as if they werent going to put my vehicle down unless I had them replace my tires @ $250 not to mention they told me my basically new battery should be replaced as well which was another $110. They made it obvious there just about trying to upsell people which is ridiculous and its sad because some people fall for it. I strongly recommend staying away from this place if your not trying to get yourself in a money pit. After talking to a couple people about this place they told me that they also know people who have had bad experiences at this location as well in reguards to failing inspections for minor and stupid things in order to try to get as much money out of the customer as possible... Wish I had known that before! FUNNIEST PART ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING IS I TOOK IT MY VEHICLE TO THE MONROE DOWN THE ROAD AND PASSED WITH NO PROBLEM. THEY EVEN SAID THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO UPSELL ME!

I went to get my oil changed, tires balanced and rotated..I left with my tires not balanced or rotated, was told they where by Pete the manager...Pete was trying so hard to push the sale of new tires on us..but yet was not knowledge about the tires we wanted and could not figure it out...when we left we noticed that our tires were not touched at all..which is upsetting because I drive my 6 little girls in this vehicle everyday. ..when we called to figure out what happened the manager Pete had no idea what was going on...when we arrived we were greeted by William who was more than happy to help and also informed us that our tires were not touched (he had to use a mallet to get the off).... I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the lack of communication between the tech to managers...if it wasnt for William who was amazing..no one would have cared. I suggest going over to the next block to valvoline.

I was just there with my car for an oil change and couldnt be happier. I needed 10w30 oil for my car which two other shops didnt have. Luckily I called this one and they got me right in. I also had some bulbs out in some of the running lamps on the car and called agian while my car was in for service. Without hesitaion they offered to fix the problem at a reasonable price. They even found more bulbs that were out, and told me they would fix them too at no additional cost. I couldnt be happier with my experience and will definently be back for my future service needs.

Took in my daughters car which was in need of a muffler. She was only home for the weekend, and our mechanic was closed, so I stopped at Midas for a quote and potential quick fix, We knew the mufflers life was limited, so I had an idea of the potential cost from our mechanic. Midas quoted me nearly $800 for the replacement, nearly double our mechanics estimate. Then I took the car to Mavis (formerly Cole Muffler), and they quoted just over $400 for the exact same job - so, needless to say, they got the job and my respect for being honest..

I cannot thank Todd LaViolette enough for his outstanding customer service. I stopped into the shop late Saturday afternoon with a brake issue. Despite being super busy Todd fit my vehicle in for an estimate and was able to evaluate the issue and provide repairs the same day. Todd and the crew stayed late to accommodate the repairs on my vehicle. I was treated with respect and will continue to bring my vehicle here for service. Again, THANK YOU TODD!

on dec 26th I took my daughter in for an oil change. after paying we realized the $5.oo discount was not applied. After asking adam to refund the difference he gave me a complimentary oil change for the error. my boyfriend & I have been doing business at this location for several years & find the service to be excellent. this location gets us in & out quickly to accommodate our schedules. we have recommended this location to our friends & family.

We have been taking our cars to this Midas for years. The staff is extremely professional, courteous, and obviously, talented at fixing cars. Whether I have an appointment or walk in, the job is done well, at a fair price, and quickly. The other day, I noticed a slow leak in a back tire getting worse. I brought it right in and was helped right away. The waiting area, including the bathroom is bright and clean. Keep up the good work guys!

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for years, and for good reason. The service is consistently prompt and friendly, and theyve always been able to squeeze me in on a few occasions when time was an issue on my side. Even on the rare occasion when things dont go exactly as planned in the shop, they keep me in the loop regarding why. Id hate to take my vehicles anywhere else for servicing. Also, free coffee.

I had good service here. I had an alignment done and a CV joint replaced on front wheel. The service was friendly and polite. They had the waiting area all decorated for Halloween . As a side note I do NOT recommend you bring your car here for oil changes if you are in a hurry. Valvoline instant oil change on Altamont ave is much faster for that and for NYS inspections as well.
