I planned on leasing a GMC Acadia and was directed to Englewood auto group. Big mistake from the start. When I originally ordered the vehicle, the sales associate and manager were great. A few days later I received a call from Jeff Shell ho informed me the vehicle was in. I informed him that I was most likely going to pick it up before I had originally planned at which time, Mr. Shell stated that as long as I call a few hours in advance the vehicle will be ready. I called on the morning of September 14, 2013 at a little after 9am. I left Mr. Shell a message and never heard back. I called him at 11am at which time he stated he wasnt sure if the vehicle can be picked up today, but assured me he would try and get back to me. At 2:30pm I havent heard from him at which time I call. He informed me that the vehicle cant be picked up today and carried on giving me an attitude. I reminded him that he previously told me that they only needed a few hours to prep the vehicle at which time he stated that doesnt apply on Saturdays. I spoke to a manager who informed me of the same. My wife then called and spoke to a manager who informed her that we could pick up the vehicle today, but it wasnt cleaned yet. Being that we wanted the vehicle we picked it up. Once we arrived at the dealership, Mr. Shell appeared to be busy, surfing the internet. He greeted me with a sarcastic comment and escorted us to a manager who finished the deal. They provided a voucher for the vehicle to be detailed at a later time. On October 16, 2013, the vehicle was dropped off to be cleaned. They did such a great job cleaning the car, they stole a badge that was on my windshield. Of course no one knows anything and as of over a week later, I am still waiting for a call back from the owner. I recommend staying away as they have no loyalty to their customers.

This was the 4th dealership I went to this week. Two of them totally turned me off. The one I visited on Saturday made me feel rushed and not valued as a customer. The other one seemed like they didnt even want to deal with me because I had a very tight budget; They made me feel as thought I wasnt worth their while. It really annoyed me b/c I have had 3 Nissan Pathfinders in the past and they treated me like they didnt even want to put in the effort to have me remain as a loyal customer. I decided to just check Chevrolet of Englewood and when I walked in, with my two kids, we were treated like family! Both Ed Rodriguez and Yul Levy were so accommodating, friendly, and made me a deal I could not refuse. I walked away with more in my SUV than I ever expected or even dreamed of getting! I was so surprised how helpful they were. I was back and forth about making a decision on which SUV I wanted and when it came down to making the deal, they were so understanding that my kids were tired so we made the deal and we finished up all the paperwork this morning. They were respectful of my budget and were able to keep me within a reasonable range of that and I even ended up saving on my insurance because the Chevy Traverse they got me into had so many safety features; I am actually saving $45 on my insurance! Everyone was so professional, courteous and friendly. AND...the teacher discount was HUGE!!!! I mentioned that I was a special education teacher in all the other dealerships and NOT ONE of them offered a teacher discount. I work for a large, regional high school. I will definitely will be recommending the family at Englewood Auto Group to my colleagues. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience this was for me!

Misinformed, mistreated and mistaken for a fool. My first experience at this dealership was antagonistic. The salesperson insisted that the numbers that I was requesting were not available. e.g. Money factor, residual, et al. I suggested that I want to discuss a lease based on agreed value and he (Scott) insisted that I needed to name a my desired monthly payment in order to get a quote - not true. It was revealed in our exchange that he was new in auto sales. The problem is not that he was new, the problem is he ignorantly insisted that the questions were misguided instead of attempting to get the answers from a more knowledgeable source. I communicated my dissatisfaction with the experience and he directed me to the Sales Manager for assistance. The sales manager, in my three visits, never introduced himself and did not address me directly. To me a sign of utter disrespect and disregard. Ultimately, they located the a vehicle that fit my needs and, the mysterious sales manager that never appeared, presented the following numbers for a 36 month lease @ 12K (numbers, btw, that I had to repeat to Scott several times): .0002 money factor = 4.8% APR. GMCs published rate is .00015 = 3.6% APR and a residual of 51% which is 2% lower than the best published rate of 53%. Actually the residual at 36 mths is 53%+2 or 55%. In all an egregious attempt to pad the numbers. Beware and be informed if you work with this dealership. I felt like was in a brooklyn shell game. To be fair, Scott (the salesperson) followed up after every visit. He returned phone calls and, although misinformed, attempted to answer all questions. Good luck in your search :)

I recently purchased a new 2014 Buick Encore at Englewood Auto Group (EAG). I was so pleased with my experience that I wish I was in need of a second vehicle so I can do it again. Ed Pavlica was my salesman & he was extremely patient, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, genuine, helpful & humorous. I truly felt like I was being treated with kindness & appreciation. He even sent me a follow up email thanking me & called me the next day to see if I had any other questions, which I did! These new cars come with so much. I dont buy cars regularly & found myself in a predicament where I had no choice but to look into getting something new & reliable. I was dreading the buying process. Searching online, calling different dealers & talking to arrogant, uncaring people who judged me before meeting me. But EAG should have been my first choice & will be my only choice from this point forward. They made my process so easy. The Sales Manager was so helpful also, Kamil Ashkar. He made sure to get me where I needed to be & actually bent over backwards to get me at a comfortable monthly payment & worked out a great deal on my new car! He listened to me, worked with my situation, really cared about me. Thats how I felt anyway. Bob Trocolor was my Finance Officer, he dotted the Ts & crossed the Is efficiently & quickly. Wasnt pushy about the extras at all but rather extremely informative & supportive regarding the whole processes. The place is warm, the people are real, genuine. Good group & Id recommend EAG to anyone! 5 Stars. Thank you gentlemen I appreciate everything youve done for me. When its time I will return. Youve made a friend here.
