I brought my car in this service for repair after accident. After service was done I realized that paint was overspray on my seats, on steering wheel and rim that was damaged in accident. There is coffee spill on a seat, start button has paint fingerprint on it. They fixed my rim, painted it (since rim has factory dark gray color) and did not match the color, so at this time I have a rim that does not match the color with other 3 rims. Spoke with manager Vincent DiBenedetto on December 19th about it, he told me to bring car on December 23rd, took a paper with a list “to do”, and promised that by the end of December 23rd all their faults will be fixed. Came to Nissan service as told on December 23rd, Vincent wasnt there, somebody instead of him said that this is the first time he hear about us, offered us to live a car for a holiday weekend. Interesting, would they be ok to live the car for all Christmas holidays? I couldn’t even imagine that official Nissan dealer can let the customer pick up dirty, untidy car and nobody care about fixing their faults. I thought that they have to keep calling me and ask me to come for cleaning up interior, not me. Also i had couple problem with bluetooth connection that I asked them to fix (warranty should cover it) and that was not fixed.cIf even manager of service department is not responsible for the repair quality and doesnt keep promise, I dont know what else to say about customer service. Will complain to Nissan headquarter because this is unacceptable.

I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General, as well as hand this off to my lawyer to pursue legal action if this is not resolved. Im very unsatisfied with the service Ive received here thus far. I brought my car in for repair after an accident, and now my directional pad and buttons that control my entertainment system do NOT work anymore. I made them aware of this BEFORE I left with the car to make sure I could bring it back for them to correct. I came back with the car this morning and it seems like theyre doing everything they can to shift the the blame from a clearly faulty repair to make it seem like Im lying about this to get a free repair. Very insulting. At the end of the day, they documented what was wrong with the car before they started repair (legally they are accountable for this new issue), and there was a malfunction that the computer system was showing so they had to have reset something with the computer. This counts for Kings Nissan as well as the Geico claims department there.

I like this service. They work so hard for to do their very best. And I want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to my Service Advisor Mr. Atnan Guze. For other customers: if you will make an appointment for the car service some more early than any holidays will start, you will not wait for a long time here. But if youll not do it, then the service of your car can take more time than it was promised. Dont be angry in this case. And Kings Nissan even can make a discount for you.

I have been going here for 9 years. Not too many dealership service departments respect their customers the way the Kings Nissan Service Dept. does. Its nice to have a place (in Brooklyn!) where you can drop your car off and have peace-of-mind that they will do the right thing. And thanks especially to Atnan Guze, who is a pleasure to deal with.

Ridiculous Scheduling system. Had an appointment, but then was told there would be a 2 hour wait minimum. Asked when I could come in and be first (so as to not wait), and was told I could come at 6:30 AM, and maybe be seen at 7:30! What kind of sense does that make? If thats the case, then tell me to come at 7:15, no? I left.

Express Service is advertise as fast but it takes more than 3 hours. Even though its not necessary, I made an appointment using their online scheduling system. I arrived 10 minutes early and was informed that I made an appointment when they are out for lunch. Really!

The prices here for anything is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!!!!! They charge to change one set of break pads and rotors for $600 plus tax!!!!!! Also coming here for an oil change is worse then going to the DMV. Be prepared to wait 3 hours!

Experienced the worst customer service. One Asian guy at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. When asked how much longer the wait would take, he said soon soon. 4 hours later and the car still was not checked.
