I purchased my truck 2 years ago in October from Rhinebeck Ford 2011 F350 had 27,000 miles on it they gave me a one-year extended bumper to bumper warranty and never fixed any problem that I had. The only thing that they ever fix was my brakes my brake light came on two weeks after purchasing the vehicle the brakes where shot they didnt even look the truck over before they sold it. And they just cut my rotors for a quick fix. I complained about many problems mostly front end noise and play. Now Ive hade my truck for 2 years today 48,000 miles I put over $2500 into it the truck, front tie rod ends track bar ball joint one U-joints were bad all things I complained about when I got my truck. My exhaust fell off at the tail pipe. The muffler and pipes going to my cat hade pin holes all in it. I hade to purchase a new exhaust and Rhinebeck Ford put it on for free? Thanks....Transmission pan was also leaking because of rust but I guess for doesnt fix it under warranty because Rust isnt under warranty. I would never buy another vehicle from Rhinebeck Ford. I paid good money for my truck I held up my end they did nothing on their part. They switched the general manager after i baught the truck the new GM Vinny is impossible to get hold never called me back, and the service manager Nick good guy but drink the Ford Kool-Aid still cant do nothing for me his mechanic say all these parts are good when theyre not shame on you. And they only did this because my truck was under a bumper to bumper warranty but now they want to work with me now that its out of warranty they want to work with me on a price get out of here Im done!!!

I recently bought a 2014 Edge Sport from Rhinebeck Ford and I have to say with all honesty this was by far the best dealership to deal with. They didntt play any games, no hidden fees, none of that typical sleezy cars salesman b.s. that you often get, none of that. They were straight shooters who were courteous, professional and accomodating. They offered me more for my trade in then everyone else and worked with me on the price of their vehicle to make a deal work and make the sale happen. They know how to sell cars thats for sure. Other dealerships low ball you on your trade, dont want to budge on their price and are arrogant to boot. That is NOT Rhinebeck Ford. My sales guy Bob was awesome and great to work with!! He made it happen for me and when I arrived he introduced me to all the staff. Vinny, Sammy, Jason and crew were all awesome as well and I cant thank them enough for making my car buying experience a great one. I drove up from BK (3 hours) to deal with them and would do it again again. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone reading this. I already told all my friends and family that if they are going to buy a Ford, theyre going to buy it from Rhinebeck Ford. No one asked me to write this. I feel its the least I can do for how great they were to me. I truly appreciate it. Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work!!

Ill keep it simple. I was looking to buy a dump truck and spoke directly to the General Manager, Lann Rubin II. He told me the truck was in excellent condition and that it was checked by certified Ford mechanics. He specifically told me that there is no rust on the truck, only a LITTLE bit on the bed. I decided that I was going to come purchase it. I asked my customer to take a day off so we could drive to this dealership so he could see the truck. It took us FOUR hours to drive all the way up to this dealership. I had told that to the general manager several times before we left to make sure that he is aware of the length of this drive. When I got there, I was looking for Lann Rubin and he did not even acknowledge us after we had spoken to him and driven 4 hours to come see this truck. I was prepared to pay over $35,000 for this used truck and this hideous management did a terrible job at selling the vehicle. I am extremely angry and frustrated at the fact that I was simply LIED to. The GENERAL MANAGER of this dealership lied to me about the condition of this vehicle even know he knew I had a long drive. HE toyed with me. This is a WARNING to everyone. If this is how the HEAD of the dealership runs his operations, I dont want to know how the rest of the employees operate. Absolutely dishonest and unprofessional management.

We called the Rhinebeck Ford to check on a vehicle we were interested in. Spoke with Jimmy Blatz and he took our information to check to see if the vehicle was in stock. Called us back promptly to confirm availability. We arrived at the dealership and Jimmy had located the vehicle and brought to the front of the dealership. Jimmy showed us the vehicle, offered a test drive. We then discussed the purchase. Jimmy was honest and direct with the negotiations. Jimmy made sure we received all the rebates available. Sales process went very smooth. At pickup the vehicle was clean and in perfect condition. There was no attempt to pressure us into buying any other items. What I liked the most about this sales experience was that everything Jimmy stated was accurate and all promises were kept. We highly recommend this dealer and Jimmy Blatz.

I went to Rhinebeck Ford knowing what I wanted after researching options for a F-150 XLT. The People at Rhinebeck Ford are very professional and easy to work with. Jose Torres found my truck within a half hour. It was also reassuring to find that Ken Winters, who I had bought a ford truck from before was there to help as well as the exceptional financing service by Samantha Simmons. Andrew Torres was also very helpful in regard to explaining all the functions of the advanced technology which came along with this truck. I am very happy with my Truck and recommend Rhinebeck Ford to anyone who is on the fence about which Ford dealer to go to. Many thanks to the great team at Rhinebeck Ford! Sincerely, Will Wallace

I was shopping for a new vehicle (Ford Focus RS) and wanted to trade in my car. Andrew Torres was very gracious and made the process easy for us. Andrew took us for a test drive and the negotiations were not a constant back and forth, what I experienced in other dealerships. He arranged everything to our liking before we picked up the car. Altogether it took one hour for all formalities; test drive, negotiations, buying the car. Andrew also arranged to meet the Parts Manager, so I can get a personal call to get my eagerly awaited snow tires. Samantha from Finance was also very nice and professional. Great experience overall.
