My wife had some work done -- Minor stuff. I would like to think that the staff is honest. Not much you can do if they are dishonest (not go back). They are pricey tho. I wasnt there when she took the car in -- I would hope that a solid company/location wouldnt risk their reputation for a few dollars. I have to trust that they did what they were supposed to do...You never know whos watching...Or now-a-days recording.... The service was convenient and speedy. Ill have more information once I go over the items that were replaced. For now, 3 stars.

From the tall dark skinned mngr there down to his staff he teaches them nothing but disrespect/dishonesty. The mngr. refuses to comply with advertised specials, refuses to rotate tires, Tries "bait n switch" tactics by telling you that you need an additional ($) service when u really dont. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND AT ALL until the sign reads "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT". If the time ever comes you should not see the tall dark afr. american looking individual there.

This place is amazing. I am always skeptical of mechanic shops but this place made me resume my faith, at least for now. Had a situation where I thought I had a major mechanical failure but it turned out that it was just a plastic bag stuck up under my car. The owner told me the truth and took it out without charging me. For honesty I give them 5 stars.

Theyre very honest about what is going on with your vehicle. They work very fast and they get the job done right. I am a woman and they did not try to rip me off like other places were trying to do. Garcia is the best and if your a woman he will not do you wrong. Hes very honest and sincere.

Every aspect of my purchase of tires & struts was thoroughly explained. Even a walk around car while on lift, and personal stories. Owner is a good listener. He asked me to return for adjustments after "break in," even offered to help with a non-Midas matter!

Mechanics did high quality work. The employees were honest and straight forward. Cost of parts and service is higher than other local places. Customer service could be improved. Its a solid option, if you dont have a go-to mechanic in the city.
