I had regularly used Matt Castrucci Kia to provide the 5 years of routine service to maintain my warranty and was relatively happy with that. However, when my alternator went out a couple years later they up priced (doubled) the tow from the tow company by billing it thru them vs me paying the tow company directly (even though I asked before the tow if billing one way over the other caused any difference in the price - of which they feign ignorance.) But even giving them a pass on that, they told me to fix my alternator would be twice what the average google repair value estimate was (and my local mechanic did the job for). When I gave them an opportunity to explain why their price was so high, they told me it was labor. Please know you can check google for typical parts and labor expenses so you can make sure you are not being ripped off. Then following that, because Matt Castrucci Kia service was the closest authorized dealer to do some recall work I needed done I called them and was told the tool they needed to do the recall work with was broken and being repaired the following week. I then asked if I could just schedule past that point then but they said they dont like to do that in case the tool repair doesnt get done. But they assured me they would call when they were ready to schedule me. I waited from Nov. till March before I called back again. This time they said they couldnt get me in until the end of June. I will have to drive a little further to go to another authorized service center, but I dont anticipate ever going back to Matt Castrucci Kia for service again.

The Worst service department that Ive ever dealt with. I use mainly dealer service departments for maintenance on my vehicles and I must say that the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of these individuals stands out. From the rude shuttle driver & the lack of communication, to spending the better part of 5 hours trying to get someone from service to call me back. When I was simply wanted to tell them to do the job. I have never had to work so hard to give someone money before. One I was called back by the service manager he informed me that his service department had a perfect record and could not have done anything wrong. In his word "the situation went south but it wast not their fault" Besides he continued "we have a lot of business! no im not saying that we dont want your business but we do have a lot of business, so its up to you if you want us to repair your car or not" REALLY WOW!!!! Then to find out that part of the quote was based on damage they their tech caused was like adding insult to injury. Still waiting to hear from a GM or Owner both of which unavailable today.

The last new car I bought was in 1967, since then I had a company car till 1990 when I retired. After that I bought used. So buying a new car was also new. I met Josh McLaughlin at KIA show room and it was a great experience with Josh looking at cars and options, finally buying the KIA Optima LX. Josh took time to go over features of the car and made sure after a test drive that I was comfortable with the purchase. I would recommend Josh if you are looking at buying a new car

Kia service kind of bites. I give a go ahead to do more service only because they said they are booked on their late hour week days 3 weeks out. When trying to get approval they said 4 originally and I said that was to late and was just going to schedule 3 weeks out. Guy offers me 3 so I say ok. 330 rolls around and I have to call them to find out that my car is ready. I hate getting service done here. Only reason I took my car originally was because of a recall.

Wonderful time at Matt Castrucci”s Auto Mall of Dayton. A special thanks to Nick Hedrick that made our purchase an enjoyable experience. Yes you heard me right…we went home with a 2016 KIA Soul Plus+. We took it for a test drive and fell in love! 32 miles on the odometer, now up to 53 miles...lol. God has a reason for allowing things to happen. We may never understand His wisdom, but we simply must believe in His will. Amen One more very happy customer!!! Chris

I spent some wonderful time at the shop with Josh. I feel he was very passionate and knowledgable about his job. He was not pushy but instead seemed to be really enjoying when introducing me his cars.. That made my trip comfortable and even enjoyable. Even though we didnt have a deal in the end (and he was pretty cool about it), I like this place and I will definitely come back sometime in the future.

I was very skeptical of any dealership and just happened into Castrucci Kia since I was interested in the new Soul. My sales person, Dan, was fantastic as was the sales manager. They got me the payment I wanted and an upgraded Soul from what I thought I could afford. Even after the sale theyve gone beyond to make the experience very enjoyable. I love my new car and would shop here again.

Service manager and tech both lied. Told me I "should drive it as is, its under warranty" and "metal shavings in oil is completely normal @ 50k miles", contacted Kia Corp, who stated "this is not now nor has it never been their policy". These exact situations is why I have a hard time taking my vehicles into dealer service centers. If your vehicle is not under warranty STEER CLEAR.

Tony is a terrible sales person. He tried to sell me a car that I didnt want. He told me that I couldnt use the lease incentives with the costco auto program.(You can. He just lied.) He will waste your time. He wont return your phone calls. He doesnt handle your personal information with care.

We visited in July and again end of September. Nick, the salesperson, was absolutely great and not the stereotypical salesperson. He willingly presented our offer to the manager no matter how ridiculous it may have seemed to him and really went out of his way to meet our price goal.

I needed to walk off the lot with a car, and gladly did so. Tom helped us pick out a car, he gave us a lot of options and listened to what we wanted. Brian helped us with the paperwork. He was efficient, answered all of our questions, and explained everything we were signing.

I did not buy here, but I did shop them and would think of them in the future. They had the best price on the vehicle I wanted and were easy to work with. I just had started with another dealership before I found them and finished my transaction at the other dealership.
