Six of us were stranded on I 75 and drove to this Pep Boys last night near the closing time for the store. The men assessed the problem and told us that they did not have the part to make the repair. Since the car could not be driven, we would have to call someone to drive from Macon to pick us up. The weather was very cold and it would take at least an hour for someone to get us. The store manager began calling different stores and located the part. He sent someone to get it while another person began to work on the car. The six of us walked to a nearby Waffle House and ate. The store manager called us when the repair was completed. The store remained open and the men worked to help us even though it meant the store did not close on time. These men were courteous and kind and we were able to drive safely back home. We are very grateful for these men.

Horrible, i took my vechile for a complete engine replacement and it took them two months to get it fixed. On top of that i had to bring it back because the engine was leaking oil. I brought it back in to get worked on, i waited 4 hours for them to tell me they were going to have it fixed overnight. I called them back up sunday morning and they made an excuse they needed special parts, after they had told me it would be fixed today. They make excuses and do a hack job repairing your vechiles. They are untrust worthy and full of excuses. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! they will make excuses upon excuses.

My sister went to pep boys in my car to have the oil changed, with a $20 coupon and they charged her $27 but thats not the point. They drove it in and the car was running normal, which was admitted by the guy who "just changed the oil". After they changed the oil the same guy said it started misfiring. Of course they go to the it wasnt us defense, or "Just a coincidence." Do not, under any circumstances go to any pep boys, they can and will intentionally break your vehicle. Now my car stalls out if it stays under 2500 rpms. It stalls out 3 times before I can back out of my drive way.

Horrible experience! Not only was I charged double the National average for Alternator repair, but I was told it would take 4 hours, well being from out of town and traveling with a dog this was an inconvenience, but to top it off it took an additional 4.5 hours. The employees have no time management skills and will not be empathetic to your situation. I will say the front desk clerk gave me a discount but he also charged me to jump my car, recover coolant, and for new coolant, so in the end I got screwed out of most importantly time, and money. Buyer beware!

Im here now one of the white guys working the front desk has a horrible attitude, I said I was there for my tire rotation and he did quick a "hmmp" (your tire rotation is free if you purchase them from pep boys) he couldnt find my number then asked me about a receipt on a free tire rotation from months ago, that of course I didnt have anyway he proceeded to enter in my information and slick snatch my keys out of my hands, I want him to try it again he will get embarrassed real quick. Real Quick!

I watched the only other customer here leave on Saturday June 11th, and I sat around waiting for my car to get taken back for over 30 minutes, causing me to be late to my meeting. The 2 employees at the desk didnt even give my keys to the mechanic for over 30 minutes while he did nothing. Ill never come back here. I guess a young black man doesnt deserve fast and speedy service like the white gentlemen before me. This is sad.

I came in on Wednesday to get and inspection and they told me that they did not have the part in but they could order it and schedule an appt to come back on Sunday upon arrival they were pleasant and stated they had a call out. Then about 4 more cars came in for simple things like oil change and tire change I waited 2 hr and all the other walk in vehicles were in,out, and gone. Poor management skills

Got decent tires at a low price. I had a mid morning appointment scheduled and arrived early but despite that, it took about an hour for them to get my car put in the shop on what appeared to be a slow day(there was only one other person in the waiting room when I arrived). Overall I was satisfied with the work that was performed.

Bought a set of tire 1 month later one of them had a puncture in it they would not do anything for me cause I didnt purchase the road hazard warranty I asked why I wasnt offered that warranty I was told I wasnt offered it because I bought a cheap set of tired they are RIP OFFS I will never go back

They were doing an alignment on my car and replaced 2 tires and they took 5 hours and other people were in and out. At the end after i got my keys back they lost my car then i had to walk to the back to get it... horrible customer service

Great location, not as busy as my regular pep boys. Fast service. Someone pranked me so hard but you can definitely trust these mechanics to leave items of value alone even when they could get away with theft. That shows character.
