CROOKED!! CROOKED! CROOKED!! CROOKS!! Please dont waste your money! Ill try to shorten this really long tale that caused both my boyfriend and I to miss an entire day of work fooling around with Li or (Lee) and his shenanigans. I spent over $800 getting my brakes fixed at this place, and somewhere in there they sold me a new tire and installed it for me of course. Let me say..my brake job was not that good. But two days after I got my vehicle back, Im driving to work in the morning, a guy jumps out of his car to let me know that there is a massive lump in my tire. The new one I just bought from these guys. So I turn around and head back to the Auto Kingdom shop. My boyfriend meets me there. And Lee was extremely uncooperative, he told me it wasnt his problem, and that I just needed to buy a new tire. AGAIN! or take it up with the manufacturer. I suspected that there was a problem with the installation. Lee finally agrees to "see what he can do" by going to his "wholesaler" and inquiring about what they could do in terms of replacing it through manufacturer warranty provided they deemed the tire to be "defective." This man tells me that he needs to DRIVE MY CAR THERE, and that it is half an hour away, and he will not disclose the location of his supplier to us. I say, well I want to go with you, youre driving my car for christ sake. WHY NOT JUST TAKE THE TIRE OFF and go there. So he tells us we cannot go. I concede. But my boyfriend and I follow him in his car,because again hes driving MY car. He literally drives down the street 1 minute and a half away, and pulls into this Rim shop. My boyfriend and I follow him To the place, and wait in the parking lot, I called the rim establishment and asked if they were not open to the public...of course they are open to the public. Lee is on blatant lie number 2 at this point. He somehow evaded us and left this establishment without us knowing. So when we realize he has left, we go back to the shop (1.5 mins away) and find Lee is back behind the counter helping other customers. As though nothing just happened. I lost it! Clearly he was playing games at this point, and of course he tells me that his "wholesaler" would not replace the tire, and that I would need to send the tire back to the manufacturer IN CHINA at my OWN EXPENSE and then wait for them to replace it. Unbelievable. I had just given him close to $900 two days before, and here he was treating me this way, being extremely rude. My boyfriend and I left AK, took the car to my beloved tire shop on the other side of town to buy a used tire, and prepare to ship this tire off to China. The guy at the tire place said it looked like it had been improperly installed, but they only way to know for sure was if he took it off. I called Lee to see if there was any way to reason with this man, he tells me how he didnt like how my boyfriend and I were speaking to him...referencing our rage after he pulled that little stunt at the rim shop. He tells me that he may have been willing to give me a discount, if not for my attitude. I go to another used tire place, they remove the tire, and the guy shows me where the tire had been gouged in installation causing the massive lump. I take the car back to lee once again at this horrible shop. Lee, still sticking to his guns, basically tells us to shove it (in so many words) after we showed up with the lumpy tire to show him where the gouge was. As suspected, he told us that it could have come from the guy who took it off as far as he knew. we figured hed say that, and that is why we videod the removal. Lee is visibly defeated, and upset, he walks away comes back with another new tire, practically throwing it at us. And pretty much asks us to leave. We finally got the tire just in time for us to have both missed a complete day of work. All he had to do was remove the tire, and confirm for himself what the issue was. He chose to play the villain. Never EVER EVER GO here. Lee is as crooked as they come.

Worst shop ever... I went here bc my car was running hot when I turned on my heat and parked or sat at a light. I bought my car here. Lee told me his diagnostic was $60. I agreed to the diagnostic. He called me and told me the thermostat had been changed and a few other thing... He charged me $217. $130 was for the labor. Which was way too much for a job that simple. But I paid him and kept the contract he gave me. I read the fine print which stated that "warranty on the labor was 3000 miles or 3 months. I left knowing I was covered for three months if the same preceded. About 2 weeks went by... My car begin to run hot again with the same exact problem. So I took my car back to the shop. He took my car and said he would do another diagnostics on my car which I agreed on. He called back and told me my head gasket was bad and he would need 1000 dollars to work on that. He recommended that I buy a new engine and he would charge me 2000. I went to his shop to pick up my car and tell him Im not paying him 90 for that diagnostic bc he shouldve told me that when he did the last diagnostic. I told him to give me my keys and if he wanted his 90 dollar he could take me to court for it. Now my bf is a mechanic so i bought him with me to tell the man he should do the diagnostic for free bc he didnt fix the problem he just put a bandage on it and now Im having the same problem and his warranty stated that I had a three month warranty on the labor. My bf called the copes. They came and said this is a civil suit so I would have to take him to court and pay the 90 now to get my keys back. Lee the shop owner and I argued back in forth bc I felt like he shouldnt have charged me 90 dollar for a diagnostic when he already did the same diagnostic two weeks prior plus he claimed he fixed the problem and the car still was having the same problem. Long story short I would never shop there again and i recommend nobody come there. Lee is rude mean and doesnt know what hes doing. I got a second opinion on my car today and they said the engine is great and fixed the minor issue. Right now im taking legal action against Auto kingdom plus Im a paralegal so Im fulling prepared to fight this in court I know the law. If anybody reading this had a problem let me know so I can have someone testify on my behalf about Lee.

I got my car serviced by this shop and I have to say that it was a terrible experience. The service was really bad. I got my wheel bearings serviced and the car came out the shop feeling the same as when I sent it in. And when I took it to another professional they found zip ties used on my car. Not only is that bad sevice but it also indangers my family and I during our daily commutes. Prior to my poor mechanical service, I recommended the shop to a friend and his car ended up being junked after being serviced there. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone ever again. The least I would do is suggest the to become a strictly oil change shop not a mechanical servicing shop.
