I couldnt give zero stars or I would have. I had 4 new tires put on and they done a front end alignment. So far I have been back twice to correct the alignment the steering wheel is off center and it pulls to the left. I had brakes and rotars done today at a different location they told me both tie rods are broke. They broke them while trying to do the alignment so now Im out more money because of this carelessness. Will never be back here. The excuse was " they are shorthanded".

Lousy repair work on my sons car over the weekend of 10-8-2016 Rush job on the power steering repair. The mechanic was young and lacking in experience. No supervision or inspection of his work. Had to take the car back on a Monday. They had to put more fluid into the car. ....leaking all over the place !! More excuses to why. Bottom line is was told it was the weekend so the staff was thinking about getting off work. WTF !!

this use to be a good place to go before firestone stepped in,now its about big profits and cheap labor,car leaks oil after oil changes due to sloppy work,i don;t trust their input about car repairs,they always go worst case senerios for the most $$,thanks alot firestone for ruining a good local shop

I would give them 0 stars if I could! They just tried to charge my husband $60 for a radiator cap! The radiator cap costed $7 from the auto parts store down the street. A friend used to work there, he is a good and honest person; apparently they have gone down hill since he left!

I came here with a tire problem and the staff was friendly without being pushy and did the work really quickly. The work was done (replacing a valve stem for a tire) was done in about 15 minutes from the time I walked in the front door. The price was also very, very reasonable!
