When I pulled up to the facility there were three attendance working. All three saw me but nobody came over to see what services I needed. I asked one of the workers where I needed to check in and he said inside the store. I went inside but nobody was manning the counter. I went back out into the service bay and again had to approach one of the attendance. I asked him who I needed to see as well as to see about the pricing for an oil change and at that point his cell phone rang. I had to wait for him to finish his personal phone call before he would help. Finally I was checked in. While waiting, another costumer had to come back to the store because they over filled her oil. Later it was learned that they filled it but never drained the old oil. After waiting over an hour (literally there was only two customers ahead of me) and watching the workers socialize with three guys who appeared to be their friends (none of the three men wore Jiffy Lube uniforms) I went out into the service bay to ask how much longer it would be before they got to my truck. I was told that it was next. Finally my truck was being serviced, the attendant came inside to get my information to enter into the computer system. I also paid at this time and actually had a $15.00 off coupon. I was told that they couldnt honor it (the coupon was for a signature oil change,which is what I had gotten, as well as the coupon was still valid) but they could go ahead and give me $10.00 off. After paying I went back to sit down and wait for my truck to be finished. I waited about 10 more minutes and saw an attendant pull my truck out. I wasnt sure if they were still vacuuming it out so I waited for somebody to come in and tell me it was good to go. Nobody came in (all the other customers had an attendant come inside and were told they were good to go) until an attendant came in to talk to another customer and then he said oh yeah... your truck is ready. I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to pay over $100 for the worst service as well as be treated with total lack of professionalism by your staff. I asked other customers in the store how long they had been waiting and all said over an hour. There is nothing Jiffy about your company and I will NOT be returning.

Half of the employees werent wearing uniforms. One employee tried to take advantage of my wife by telling her that her van couldnt take conventional oil. And the best thing by far is the picture I have is one of them hanging over the engine with a lit cigarette hanging out his mouth.

So Im at Jiffy Lube in Springboro for an oil change. Their free visible brake inspection says my front & back pads need replaced. Problem is, I replaced them 3 months ago. I decline three more services and insisted I just wanted oil change. The bill was $101

Service was fast, no wait & oil changed quickly. Price is $25 over what I normally pay at other places... and they didnt do all the additional services advertised with the oil change. Fine in a rush, but Ill go elsewhere for the price & service.

Worst service Ive ever had. 40 minute oil change with no other customers in sight. Employees were doing everything but their jobs. Then tried to overcharge me. Worst service Ive ever had. Very disappointed Jiffy Lube!
