This is the WORST service center every. The almost double charge for an oil change. The ford dealer in Mcdonough is 39.99 instead of 74.99. If I would have know that the service reps dont greet their customers and have VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I wouldnt have even bought the damn truck. I LOVED the service Toyota gives their customers. When you pull in you have no clue where to go to receive service. You have to walk in FORD service center and pick a service representative that you think will help you, once you find one they look at you as if your bothering them or in the wrong place. They dont offer a courtesy ride while you wait on your vehicle. I WILL NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE even though I bought my car here. THE SALESMAN WAS SO MUCH BETTER! I will spend my money where its appreciated. Without customers you have NO business!

I had an appointment at three for a simple oil change and tire rotation, Ive been here for 2 hours and they just told me theyre taking my car in for work. This place is awful. Id rather pay for somewhere else.
