This has been the worsest experience that I have ever been through. I want to sue this company and encourage every African Ameican person to not do business with this dealership. They have emotionally scared, hurt, disrespected and lied to may daughter because of their bad business practices. And now because he felt like she should fight for her rights they want to threathened a 21 year old with calling the police on her. This is the story. My daughter went into this dealership to see if she would qualify for a car. They hurried told her that she could and for her to bring her pay stubs back to them. On December 11th I went into the car dealership with my daughter and asked specific questions on my daughters status. The fianance man whom they have since fired stated that her job status is no problem they do these kinds of deals all the time. She worked at Victoria Secret since August and was a seasonal employee. On the top of her pay stub it says TEMP. They all saw it but pushed the car thing through. The car has been in Walker Toyota at least three times for service. One time she took the back and they kept it for 7 days to fix a heater they said was already fixed. We called the dealership and spoke to the sales person Shawn several times on the fact that we had not received a payment booklet. He told us it was on it way just wait. And now here in January 23rd we are just now hearing from them about the fact they could not get a loan for her because they could not verify her employement. Then they called my daughter and told her to come in and sign some other papers for the loan amount of 368.00 more than her last payment amount and if she comes in to sign the new loan papers they will fill her car up with gas. I went in with my daughter to talk with them and Eddie, which I have read many bad articles and reviews about tried to stated that it was not their fault but 45 days later they contact us about a loan where she has been drivign this car and threathen her with the police because she is trying to stand up for her rights. They should have notified her 10 days after the contract was signed. I encourage every person that has had a dealign with this company to avoid this dealership. They tend to mistreat and lied to young people. I am very distraught at this time to deal with my daughters emotional state over this. These people are cruel and they are liars. I am ashamed of what these type of peopel get away with. Please avoid this dealership at all cost. I am contacting the state attorney generals office and bbb. I have filed a law suite against for harrassment and fear they have placed in my daughter. Even if they could not get the loan through it should not have taken 45 days. Some kind of way this car dearlership got to be held accountable for their actins. We have to suffer as a family now we traded acar into them for this car. And they took the car and have placed on their lot to be sold and now is threathening us with the police. This is shameful practice and said this who America has to do business with. You have caused us emotional pain and trouble over this and you should be ashamed Walker Toyota. You should not be in business.

After youve made the first most important decision -- buying a Toyota -- (they really are great cars...), make the next most important decision and go to Walker Toyota and see Kyle Ackley. For us, Kyle went the extra mile. I had been communicating with Kyle by e-mail and phone about purchasing a new Sequoia prior to our first visit. He was never pushy, never pressured me, and was always willing to answer any questions I had. I already had a totally great impression of Kyle from these experiences but after stopping in and dealing with him I was so extremely impressed by him I truly felt compelled to write this review. Give credit where credit is due I say. In any event, my wife and I stopped in unannounced because we were in the area and wanted to take a look at the vehicle. Kyle happened to be there, but had actually just stopped in on his day off for something from his office. After we took a test drive, he waited around to talk with us and see if we had any questions. Not once was he pushy or trying to rush us. He genuinely just wanted to make sure he was providing great service. Given it was supposed to be his day off and was already later in the evening, we expressed that we could come back the next day but Kyle insisted he was willing to stay to help however possible if that was helpful for us and our schedule. We were so pleasantly surprised at how willing he was to help - even during the time he had originally been scheduled off - and so willing to accommodate our schedule. We started talking some numbers and pretty quickly got to a great price. I actually shopped around many other Toyota dealerships in the area by that time and knew Kyle worked out a great deal for us with his sales manager! He truly took the frustration and anxiety out of the car buying process for us. I always know a good salesperson when its someone I would recommend my parents go visit to buy a car from - and with Kyle, hes definitely that type of person. Look at all the other reviews for him on Google and I think its pretty apparent why. After we agreed on terms, Kyle helped get everything ready before sending us over to Terry in Finance, who also was truly such a helpful and friendly individual. The whole process was streamlined, and after meeting with Terry and signing the paperwork, Kyle took the time to get in the car and help us go through the features and over some other important details. I found this truly a testament to his great character given this was supposed to be his time off, yet he put us ahead of his own plans. I havent come across any salespersons so genuinely willing to help. I hope whoever reads this when in the same (sometimes daunting) car buying process finds the information helpful and many thanks again to Kyle Ackley and the whole Walker Toyota team for providing such a wonderful car buying experience!

My family has purchased 4 cars from them with good experiences so I decided to make it a 5th. The salesman was great and the finance person was very helpful. However, after having the car for almost a month I hadnt received my demo title. I called the dealer multiple times and left messages for them to call me back. When i finially got ahold of someone they said it was going to be sent out the next day. A week later I still hadnt received it so I had to call multiple times again and left messages. No return phone call again. When i finially did get ahold of someone they told me they were holding the title because of my trade in payoff was 900 dollars more than what they allowed. I was never notified of this and they had already sold my trade in. They had the nerve then to ask me to pay part of the 900. I repeatly told them at time of purchace of new car that i didnt know what exact payoff was and they kept telling me dont worry about it. So what were they going to do hold the demo title forever without telling me? They had already gave me a super low trade in value and i knew it on the day the deal occurred but i bought the new car anyway. I finially just told them I couldnt pay any part of the 900 dollars since i dont have the money and to just give me my old car back and the deal was off. That is when i learned they had already sold it. They finially did give me my demo title but now the institution the financing was arranged through told me that its been held up due to someone from the dealership hasnt signed something they were suppose to sign. Now i know this will take a million more calls to them which they wont return. Returning calls is customer satisfaction class 101!!!!! My family and my friends are watching this closely for future car buying. 10/5/15 FOLLOW-UP. I did not need to call anymore to get missed signature on finance form. They took care of it. With this being completed i have increased their rating to a 3.
