this is not Bryan Grice. But I have a complaint ,we got our service installed today .The problem is the ladies that put our order in told me that we would have ION, I love that channel & now that we have cable we no longer have it .

Slowest service I have ever received anywhere. Staff is friendly at times, however more often than not the ladies who work their come off to be very aggressive and argumentative. I would not recommend to anyone!

Buggy, unreliable, with constant downtimes and "maintenance" that never seem to do anything. Youre just about the same as satellite and Im not sure how you havent been overtaken by other companies yet.
