We live in the country with limited internet providers, or even cell service. That being said the company is doing great anytime there is an upgrade available for us they let us know. We called today for our upgrade was on the phone for 4 minutes, has an apt on friday (today is monday). 15 minutes later the guy was at our house. He was down the road saw the order come through and decided since he was already here he would stop by. 20 minutes later he was gone. The internet will drop from time to time yes but not anymore often then any other company. We can usually stream movies on 2 different devices at once, while also being on facebook. Its only 2 of us in the house so that all the more we need. Havent tried more. Is it the fastest speeds out there no but I expect that living in the country. I give the 5 to the company cause I have been with them through 4 different name changes and so far they only get better and better as a whole. Customer service has always been great. Have never waited long on hold, never had anyone rude, always able to understand the person, and they do everything to help any issue we have had. If they have to come out they are within days. Or today within the hour.

I think others have stated how I feel. Way overpriced for what you get. Pretty much they can charge whatever when theyre the only internet youll be able to get. Random service drops throughout the day, sometimes for a whole day, other times for a few hours. Not even worth using this junk for gaming since the connections are so unreliable and even when you do have a descent connections, the ping times are ridiculous making it impossible to play lag free games. Its kind of sad their top package is 5mbps. This is 2016, not 2003. Hell, I even get faster internet downstream on my verizon phone which also uses towers like this place. I had faster speeds than this when I had cable internet for the first time in 2003. They told me they offer 10mbps but it would cost close to 150 bucks a month. Seriously? Time Warner cable offers 50mbps downstream for half the cost of his rubbish. Unfortunately, due to my location, this is my only choice, or its nothing. I guess thats the price you pay for living in a rural area.

Horrible service we only have it because if where we live it the only thing available. To tell you how bad it is Ill give you an in game example. Rocket league, the average ping in a game like that (no matter your internet speed) is around 40-100 take or give. With this Internet I average 200 and at times go all the way up to 1000. One you get to 210 its basically impossible to play (any game) and frustrating after 140. At this point its impossible to play any games online. -a very disappointed customer

DO NOT GET THIS INTERNET COMPANY THE INTERNET GOES OUT 2-3 TIMES AN HOUR AND THEY WILL FIX YOUR PROBLEMS BY AVOIDING THE ACTUAL ISSUE AND THEN REPLACE YOUR JUNK EARLY 2000S MODEM WITH AN EVEN OLDER WORSE ONE........ PRICING FOR INTERNET IS 80 DOLLARS FOR 5mb down and 1mb up BUT DONT EXPECT TO EVER SEE THESE SPEEDS. THIS HOPEFULLY WILL SAVE YOU MONEY GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE

Wed change if we could... Unfortunately, due to the location of both our business and residence, it is the only thing offerred, so we tolerate it, but would switch immediately if other services became available. Slow speeds, complete outages are commonplace.

Only option for rural internet. They have gotten better as far as customer service goes (were helpful, had a technician out within a day of calling). Equipment is very last gen, but again, no other options for internet in the Boonies.

Their Internet is straight garbage and over priced. Cant enjoy a simple game on xbox because their Internet connection is literally worse than a McDonalds WiFi connection from a block away.

We had cable and internet. Even after I upgraded the speed it was still awful. We even live close to one of there towers. The cable was getting so expensive we finally dropped them.
