The most frustrating company!!!!This is 100% WHO you KNOW and if they want to help you!! Where do I start??!!! Very first time I got Time Warner I was quoted I believe around $34 for internet... when I arrived there to pick up my modem, I was quoted a different price of $49. Then I told them about the price I was quoted, and I got the price of $34.. I just recently called to upgrade to cable and was told $180!! For a month!!! So I opted Not to!!! Ok Im rambling but just in ONE day. I got quoted 49 for internet then in 4 hours went back up to 69!!!! It is All about who you know!!! And if they want to give you a discount..... totally on commission with this company!! Very unorganized!!! And unprofessional!!

Ive been going to this location for about 6 years now and never had an issue. Though the name changes every now and then, the service is still as good as when it was Insight. If possible, I recommend going to this location in person as opposed to calling phone support. Friendly and quick service.

Service is slow got 100meg every since Tec left spectrum sucks our phones wont work on our Wi-Fi half the time our sons laptop all of them buff most of the time wish we had Tec back never had a problem with them
