i moved from the big city with awesome internet, to a smaller city with only time warner as a cable/internet service provider.. internet service sux bad and their equipment is janky.. this is my 4th time calling technical support to fix my internet which is constantly dropping.. i rely on a solid connection and time warner has yet to provide that..

The only business where you can get better service over the phone. But it used to be Time Warner, so what do you expect? If there is even one or two people ahead of you, there can be a long wait. Try to solve problems over the phone and go here to get, exchange, or turn in equipment. Only try to solve problems here as a last resort.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Was lied to in the store and by customer service over the phone. They have no idea what they are doing or even what prices are for what. Where is the training. The worst company change over I have ever witness. Do not use time Warner/spectrum.

Service stinks, I called the other day, telling them I dont have internet or cable, and they never investigated the problem, till I called back the next day! Then, I get my bill, which they increased 25.00 a month, are you kidding me! Taking cable out, it just isnt worth it.

Well after about 300 times of Time-Warner Remotely turning my Internet routers Wireless Option ON.... And I repeatedly shut if off.. Over and Over again.... I can only assume 4th amendment violations are happening. FACTS...

Equipment is not upgraded regularly; however, their prices are. You get to pay more for what is becoming really poor quality service. The upside is how nice customer service representatives are when you call to report issues.

I called the 1-800 custmer service and i learnt thst the front desk assistance hooked me up to a high price bundle. Amusingly rude scam for a small local office! I am existing at the next opportunity!!! :(
