Worst service! ! Always use the excuse that they are updating equipment when in reality there are way too many people for the line. Paying for 5 mbps service (highest they offer) and consistently getting 1-2 max, especially after 6pm. No other Internet providers out our way and they KNOW it.

Terrible place to deal with. Customer service isnt available in the evening so good luck if you have a problem. The front office workers seem to think youre there to serve them. Slow speeds and expensive compared to whats available.

Terrible internet and cable service. Internet doesnt work at 8pm and HD cable freezes at least 5 times in an hour.
