Had a similar experience to the one that the former employee described. My daughters boyfriend took his car to this shop and they told him they found metal shavings in his oil and needed an engine flush. Assuming they were honest, he had them go ahead and do the work. They also told him he needed two new rear tires and he told them to go ahead and replace the tires. Over the weekend, when I looked at his car, they had installed "Trailer Rated Only" tires on the car instead of automobile tires. When I called, the gentleman who answered stated that they were the correct tires and that he had them on his vehicle. Just for grins, I contacted the tire manufacturer and they emphatically stated that they were not designed for automobile use and should not be used. I would stay away from this place, they are either dishonest or incompetent!

I had my 200 maxima in for a brake job, iI ended up having the clutch replaced as well. It took 5 days longer than I was told, and everyday I had to call them to find out if i was going to get my car or not. Each day I was told I would have it the next day.....Finally I got my car back, but I had to then return 3 TIMES!!! to have things repaired that they had damaged or done incorrectly durring their service! Easch time I had to leave my car again, and recievedd no refund for the damage they had caused! My new brakes then leaked brake fluid and I was told by another mechanic I would have to have them replaced AGAIN!!! This was only 3 months after the Midas brake work! DO NOT USE! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY POOR QUALITY! You would be better off just paying someone $1,000 to kick you in the balls and call it a day!!!! STAY AWAY!

These guys are great. Trustworthy and mechanics dont always go hand-in-hand, but twice now I have taken my car in thinking I needed something done, instructed them to do something, and had them call me and tell me it was unnecessary/the actual issue was a much cheaper fix. First time, I told them to redo the entire rear drums; they called and told me I only needed the drums resurfaced. Cost a third as much as what I had instructed them to do. Second time, just now, I dropped the car off for an oil change and told them to do the front brake pads and rotors. Another shop had told me the brakes were shot and needed replacement immediately. Midas called me and said they are fine... still have 30-40% life left, so will need replacement at some point but no reason to do now. Theyve earned my trust.

well if you work there they make you sometimes work through your lunches and still take it from your hours of the that day how if your going for a alighment ha ha thats a joke as well they use a string to do alighments which would be the old fashion way of doing alighments tranny flushes they drain tranny fluid and just put new in which is not the correct way to do a tranny flush a coolant flush to them is drain coolant and put new in which is also not the correct way i thnk all this store is worried about is making that dollar i putting this on line because i feel who ever owns this midas should be aware of this.

They might not look pretty but these guys are the most honest and hard working mechanics Ive delt with in a long time. I just got an estimate for $1600 from another shop so I stopped by this Midas shop for a second opinion. In less than 5 min they fixed my muffler. The bracket absorber got twisted. They also found a nail in my tire. The other shop didnt say a word. I would go here again in a NY minute. They saved me money, time and a potential serious issue with my tire, so they kept me safe as well.

I took my 2001 LeSabre in for an oil change plus to have them look at the front wheels which were making noises. They worked on the car and were able to save me $300 off the original estimate because I did not need some work done after all. They also found an oil leak and ran dye through the system vs. replacing what they thought was the cause. Saved me another few hundred dollars there! Barbara, Steve, Gary & the whole staff took great care of me! I will be back for all of my car needs!

Overall an unpleasant experience. Came for an oil change, the employees were kind of disgusting. I just had my car serviced at the dealership 3 months ago so it should be clean but when I rejected their recommended "$80 flush" after the oil change was complete they got an attitude. When he pulled around and parked my car (manual) pulled the e-brake as far as it would go...completely unnecessary. There are 3 other autobody shops within under a mile, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

New management. Had computer issues when I arrived and when we went to pay the next day. I am almost 100% sure he used my ChapStick that was left in my console as it smelled like mens cologne. Not too satisfied to say the least. Made people wait longer than necessary and very unprofessional. Technicians were wonderful but only two there. Store was a mess. In the managers defense he has only been manager for two weeks he said, but very nice man.

Excellent care and service! I took my Acura in to see if they could retrieve my iPhone, which had slipped under the center console (I know, stupid me). They not only took the console apart and retrieived the phone, they only charged me for the oil change! I came to pick up my car expecting a deservedly large bill and was so pleasantly surprised thay they waived the charges! By the way, this was my first time there.

Saved me $900 in what would otherwise have been unnecessary repairs to exhaust system. Provided alternative estimates & explained reasoning for each one rather than trying to paint me into a box. Company performed quality work as promised and completed work in a timely fashion. I have not asked company to complete any other type of work yet but based on this experience I will. Highly recommend exhaust system work.

I live 3 hours away from here. I had a terrible experience at a dealership that was supposed to put some tires on for me. Stopped by this place at 5 minutes to closing time. Colin stayed over and put on my tires for me without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

Do not ever take your car to the Midas in Sharonville, on Lebanon Rd. They stole items out of my car. They charged me more then they said they were and there were melted candy wrappers in my car. Worst experience Ive ever had.

We were in from out of town when the exhaust on my wifes car started leaking. I stopped by, and the guys at Midas had me fixed up in no time. Stop here for fast, friendly, knowledgeable service.
