Went there to get help for my package delivered because I called FedEx to see If they had my package but they said they didnt but I told them the tracking number was from USPS and they say they dont accept USPS. So I went to the USPS office and told the guy who works there if there was a packege delivered to their office but the guy was kind of rude and he said he didnt understand what im talking about, I have ADHD so I was getting a bit nervous. The guy told me he was going to get the supervisor and she was a lady. The supervisor was very nice with me and she helped me a lot. The package was not at the USPS office, it was at the FedEx office because it was in the tracking address, so she called FedEx office for me and they did have the package, it was delivered to their mailbox. The lady told me that next time I should have them delivered to the USPS office.

Wow, just got a notice in my mailbox saying my house is vacant. Ive owned the house and had mail delivered there for over 30 years. I just called the number listed for the Gresham post office and just got a message "no one is available to take your call". Whats up with them? Edit 1: Okay I am upping my star rating to a 3. I called the toll free number and worked my way through the phone tree and finally got the option to leave my number and wait for a call back. I got a call back in about 5 minutes and they opened a customer issue number, whatever and forwarded it to the Gresham Post Office. Someone from the Gresham office called me back in about 2 hours and assured me that my mail would continue to be delivered. Well see.

Horrible service. My street isnt even bad and they havent delivered my mail for almost 5 days. Now I know why usps is going downhill and trying to stay afloat in this economy. I called in and asked if they were delivering today and the rude lady on the phone got all defensive and was like its freezing ice out there thats why there havent been deliveries. I responded to her and said I understand and you dont have to get defensive. USPS delivery is not what it use to be. They need a lot of help and need to learn to deliver if ups and fedex can deliver so can they. So sad but so true. no more usps in 10 years guaranteed. I feel bad for saying this but it starts from the top of the chain.

These carriers are horrid! The keys to the package lockers have been messed up for a year. Locker 1, the key was in the lock but shorn off, so that locker was useless. It sat that way for ove 6 months. Youd think a carrier would notice and then do something about it. No! The other lockers key has not worked for over rated a year. Today, I go up to get mail - I have a package. The carrier gave me the key toll ker 2 that was marked on both sides "doesnt work"! And, yup, it doesnt. This is insane! No for-profit organization would be run this poorly. Unbelievable!

I got an email from amazing saying that package was going to be delivered today. So I made sure to be home around when the mail comes. I have a broken bone so it takes me a minute to get up. I noticed the mail truck just got to my house. I got up and headed to the door. I open it and there is a note saying "sorry we missed you." He didnt even knock! Now I have to wait until tomorrow around four to get my package because I cant drive to get it early. I have to wait until someone in my household gets home from work. VERY upset with the delivery office.

Worst post office in all of Multnomah county, convinced of it. Extremely rude, will not let you finish a sentence, never have a consistent explanation for why these mysterious events keep on occurring with my mail/my mail box. Apparently "if you dont check your mail every day, they cant help you" and will put whatever garbage they want in your mailbox. Words of some female supervisor working there. If i could elect to pay for mail delivery by a different organization I would. I opt for electronic delivery and DHL for everything I can now.

This place is a joke I was a victim of identity theft all because whoever was on the phone here had let some random person add their name to my mailbox after stealing my purse and my mailbox and house keys I almost went to prison for $10,000 debt from being identity theft it because of these people this is the worst mail service Ive ever had in my entire life and my husband agrees with me we almost want to move back to Washington State because we have a fear of the all Oregon postal services and post offices will be the same way

Went in for a simple transaction and the RUDE guy that "helped" me complained about the fact that I used my passport (issued in AR) for I.D., because my drivers license expired while I was here. NOT that it was any of his business, but he literally told me that having my passport was not a good idea, because I was going to lose it and that would make me look pretty "goofy". Seriously though... come on old man!!! He seriously made me mad. He just took jabs at me the entire time that I was in there.

Rude as hell!! I was a gift for a friend. Thought it was going to be delivered from fedex. The told me ISPs has it. ISPs said they dropped it on the porch and that was that. No offer for a refund. No help trying to locate it. Thanks buttwipes. I only spent 80 bucks on the gift plus the "quick shipping"... And when asking for help the guy was extremely rude. Told me it wasnt his fault I probably live in the ghetto.... We live in gresham!! Duh! So why leave it on the porch when we have usps boxes?!?

My package was out for delivery today at 1208 pm. I get the mail but no package. I called this lady answered and was so rude. She basically said it could still be delivered. When asked about picking it up she said, "you can wait here all you like til 530 and you still wont get your package. " really? They should not be updating the tracking number of my package if its a lie. It says out for delivery at 12:08 pm but I only get my mail and no package at 330pm. terrible and lazy company.

This PO is the pits. I just stood in line for 10 minutes while the manager gossiped and joked with his friend. There were 15 people in ine, and he talks about the weather. The guy is a jerk with a Mayberry RFD fantasy. The PO is a business, and should be run as a business, with customer service. Customer service is non-existent at this branch.

Keep up the good work Gresham P.O. I love this post office. The employees are efficient, polite and move at lightning speed compared to other post offices in the area. My mail gets to its destination in 2 - 3 days as expected. Ive tried another post office in Oregon and my mail took a week. Now I have to try the Fairview P.O.
