I had a very unfortunate experience at this Costco tire center. I already had tires on my vehicle that doesnt get driven often. They had gone out of balance so I had my tires re-balanced while I shopped (was convenient). Everything seemed great at first, but after about a month disaster struck. I had a belt separate on a tire, causing a crazy wobble. A quick inspection found that Costco had OVER INFLATED MY TIRES to 50PSI!!!! They have a max of 35. I called the shop manager and he basically said tough luck, you cant prove we over inflated them. I talked to another shop who confirmed the damage was done from over inflation. Please beware before taking your vehicle to this location.

If youre a Costco member then you should ALWAYS utilize what services they offer. Whether its optical, pharmacy, hearing or the tire service. The best time to get service is during the evenings in the week due. Waits on their busiest days are 1-2.5 hrs for "walk-ins." The saving grace here is the ability to schedule an appointment. You can even order the tires online and have them notify you when they arrive. The crew is helpful, quick and efficient. They take their jobs very seriously and realize the importance of solid installations. Compare prices and youll see Costco members get coupons almost continuously on the tires. Michelin and Bridgestone. Try em out!

Wanted to put new tires on the 2002 Explorer. Stock is 235-70/R16. I selected an LT245-75/R16, which I know from experience will fit fine. Costco took my money at the counter without issue. An hour later, while Im at work, they call and tell me the tires wont fit, based on some 3%/5% rule they have (they didnt actually try mounting them - they just went from some rule in a book). And of course they didnt have load range E in the stock size. If they wouldve told me their stupid rule upfront, I wouldnt have bothered with them and I wouldnt have wasted my time.

Have had nothing but fantastic service here. Custom ordered tires to be delivered to the store, got a call that they came in, and had quick service for installation. No hassle, very friendly. Folks, its going to take a minute - its Costco...there are a hundred people trying to do the same thing. I think if they installed four more bays, they would still be slammed with work. Anyway, happy customer with reasonable expectations to begin with.

They may have better deals than Les Schwab, but it is nearly impossible to get an appointment or walk-in for something as simple as a rotation. So even though they may PROVIDE these services, good luck getting in unless you have an extra 6 hours to spend sitting around shopping at their store which is probably what they want in the first place. Let the tire companies stick to tires, I wont be fooled again.

After having an appt. Took it in a about 5 min early, told 30 min - 1 hour. After 45 min, I went out to see what was happening. Had just puled in the car and not started yet. What is the reason to have an appointment. I tried earlier and they said it would be 2 hours so I made an appt. Poor service and liars. The nice lady at the counter told me they made a mistake so they took another ahead of me.

Horrible service. Please get tires from Less Schwabb. Tire rotation should be fast. They have multiple folks working but for tire rotation you have to wait almost 2 hours. They should have one guy/lane just working on rotation and other quick service. So disappointed!!! Dont even wanna give 1 star. Shame!
