I understand Diesel is expensive but my quote went from 1650 to 2300 because they forgot to add in labor!? if this is their job I expect them to care a bit more. I authorized repairs on the lower quote what choice do I have now but to pay them the full amount. Furthermore now I have to go find a mechanic I can trust to verify my repairs were done correctly. this is completely unacceptable. I am in the military and must have higher expectations apparently if I did this I would be in front of a jury or at least in front of my commanding officer having to answer why I messed up so bad. terrible experience never coming here never recommending.

I have been using Blakes for about five years and every time I did business with them, they more than satisfied my needs with fair prices, timeliness of work, friendliness of staff and competence. I would gladly recommend them for any kind of work that they do. I have had brakes, catalytic converter, shocks, steering component, transmission and some other minor things on three of the cars that I have owned. My father-in-law from the East Coast had some work done on his car and was more than satisfied, especially with the work and fair prices. thanks to them for being honest and reliable. Terry

Best repair shop that I have ever used!!!!! Outstanding customer service and unparraleled knowledge and repairs!!!!! I was referred there by my Uncle who has the same truck as I do, I wouldnt trust anyone else with my Powerstroke!!!!!! Dan is a great guy, he is busy but if you treat him good he will treat you good, staff is very polite and proffessional, but they are also very busy. What do you expect from a very Knowlegable staff and business owner that always have a shop full of vehicles to repair!!!!!

I called today to get an estimate on chaging a blower motor talked to Dan.... First asked without part he gave me price and then asked with part and seemed inconvienced for having to look up the part. While searching he was swearing ans bitching about Blake calling out sick to a coworker.... Horrible customer service not a good first impression i would Never bring my car there and i was about to schedule an appointment. Sorry Blake you have rude employess that will be loosing customers while your gone!

I took my 99 chevy truck in for a simple tune up, he ended up charging me for some work i didnt asked to be done and for 1 item i told him not to do but he did it anyway. when it was all done my truck didnt seam to run any better then when i took it to him, i really wonder if he did anything at all. I ended up having my friend do a tune up on it and it runs fine now. blakes charged me near 500 bucks for nothing and kept my truck from 8am to 4pm. would not take my lawn mower into this guy.

Dan is a nice guy- recommended from a friend- but hell make you wait and wait... hes too busy to talk to you and let you know whats going on with your car. Too bad. Lobby has no heat and is run down looking, the staff isnt very personable- locked behind a window, staying warm while watching you shiver out in a cold lobby with nothing to do. Ill go elsewhere next time.

My family has been going to them for years and weve never had a problem. Dan has a lot going most of the time, so clear communication from the customer is important. But hes always done good work and been fair on pricing. The staff sometimes isnt very personable, but saying "thank you" and being polite seems to be the way to get on their good side.

Terrible they quoted me for $300 tried to charge me $400, paid $375 cause dan hassled me so much, come to find out they didnt even replace all of the parts that were needed to be replaced and charge me for the full service when I found out there was parts missing they tried to charge me again for the labor

Horrible customer service with the exception of a woman that works the front desk. The owner is the worst one! He will tell you to make an appointment and then when you get there they are too busy to help or everyone is on their lunch break. I dont understand how people can do business this way.

Absolutely unprofessional, you make an appointment a week ahead of time and miss work only to be told they cant service you as there mechanic went home, no call to warn me of anything. Second they DO NOT turn in requiered forms on time or at all to Autosafe. Dont waste your time.

Bought a car here its a auto servos. But after you listen to all his B.s. you are really wonder if he even knows he owns a car lot too. Some People who think they know everything VB really shouldnt be in business for themselves!!
