A troubling trouble indicator lit up on the dash of my car. I called Out West, Maria swiftly ran a check, discovered the malfunction associated with the code, and ruefully gave me the startling quote to fix. HOWEVER before I could haul my chin off the floor, Maria checked a few online resources and discovered this problem would be covered by the auto manufacturer, not as a recall, but as a known issue for which service was quietly provided free of charge. Maria printed out the details, and sent me sheaf in hand to find a dealership, freeing me, and her garage, of well over $500. Top drawer professionalism all the way. The reason I originally took my car to Out West for routine oil changes was on recommendation of a friend, who said "Out West--very ethical, Maria is delightful." I concur all the way. 10 stars out of 5 in my book.

By far! Out West is awesome... Maria is super-friendly, the mechanics are fast and knowledgeable, and best of all I know Im not getting screwed paying for things I dont need. I was originally referred to Out West by Dave from Avis Car Rentals in Petaluma. He said they wouldnt charge me more than absolutely necessary, and he was totally right. Today is Monday and Im having car trouble, but I would rather wait until tomorrow and go to Out West than take care of it today with a garage I dont trust.

Honest and friendly and definitely not patronizing to folks who dont know much about cars! They even offer workshops on basic car maintenance, and they always have your budget in mind. I wouldnt take my Honda anywhere else!
