I went in for a transmission service witch was at a reasonable price and they did good work.I also decided to have some shocks installed and was quoted 370.00 for all four shocks and installation.100 for labor and 270.00 for the shocks.I went home and priced the shocks and found out they were only around 20.00 each.Do the math.Also I originally was quoted for a shock that was 30 percent more but I wanted a more stiff shock so they gave me what I wanted but charged me the extra 30 percent because the shock I wanted is 30 percent cheaper.they said they were the same price but they are not.Believe me, the life time warranty is not free.Basically my parts were a 250 percent mark up.This is how Midas pays for there lifetime warranty.My fault for not doing my homework.I wont be going back except for my warranty

I took in my Mazda to have the brakes, belts, and oil changed. Much to my dismay the brakes were not bled or adjusted properly, making it difficult to stop (kind of important ya think) guess no one felt like taking it on a test run around the block! When the belts were replaced, they bent the crankshaft which then proceeded to clank against the censor next to it....destroying it. So in between all the crazy noises coming from my car and the constant flashing of my check engine light, it took me one month and four visits back to Midas to get my brakes fixed, I opted to go to J&D Auto to fix the mess(crankshaft/censor) Midas had caused me then promptly handed them the bill!

Experienced personnel, timely work done, reasonable charges, reliable service in the Midas fashion. I am a senior female on a limited income and had called several other oil change facilities in town. I knew the Midas name and have never been disappointed in their service. And they just happen to have their oil change, tire rotation, full vehicle system check on sale for $24.95! Will recommend this location as often as possible. My 2007 Caravan runs so much smoother now. Thanks boys!!

I had issues with my Acura; the VSA light, the brake light, and the (!) light would stay on while driving. I took it to the Acura dealership in Santa Rosa, they wanted to charge me $700 and change to replace the Brake Master Cylinder. I call Bob and he said the would do it for $326.05, the part included. I call other places in Petaluma and not one compare to the estimate that Bob at Midas gave me. I would definitely recommend this place, very knowledgeable at a very fair price.

Asked the guys to check out a sound coming from the rear. When we picked the car up 4 hours later they didnt know what was making the sound, but had a laundry list of other things to fix. I get that they found things I hadnt known about, but I would have liked an answer to the original issue as well. They were going to charge way too much for the brakes. Plus the mechanic left grease on my steering wheel and window buttons. Not impressed.

The gentlemen were kind, quick, and courteous. We had nails in our tire on the way out of town. 1 of 3 shops open in town,thankfully. We called the two other places; wait times of an hour or more. Midas said come on in, understood the sense of urgency, had us out in no time. Only 1 tire our size in stock & it was very inexpensive. We were quite pleased & were able to make our trip. Made me wait 20 minutes in line after I told him i called for the tire repair, started to help the person in front of me after he gets done with him turns to tell me he cant do it, after I called 3 hours in advance for a simple flat tire fix. Horrible service never go here. Dont trust them on a time quotes especially Bob.

The manager ,Bob, was fantastic. I came in to Midas with bad brakes. I got an inspection, estimate and job completed quickly and professionally. I will reccomend Midas/SpeeDee2 at 5111old Redwoodwood Highway. Wonderful service.

Midas did a great job replacing my battery . Had a minor issue and brought the car back and they fixed the issue with no charge. Bob , the guy at the front desk was wry thoughtful and professional . Would recommend .

Tried to get an oil change and they put in twice the oil they were supposed to and it leaked out everywhere. At least it didnt blow my head gasket.

Needed new shocks for my car. The price was fair and the work was done fast. The total cost was under the original bid. Thats a first!
