My husband went in to have his tires balanced on his Saturn due to it driving oddly. The first young man that helped us told us that there was nothing wrong with the car. Afterwards another gentleman helped us and told us the tires needed balanced. The next day the car started shaking horribly while it was being driven. At first we thought it was an axle problem due to my husband working in a rock pit. We ordered the new axle and when we went to replace it we had notices the lug nuts on two of his tires where hardly tightened at all! On Friday (April 14th 2017) my husband took in his truck to order new wheels and tires. The next day (Saturday April 15th) the wheels and tires had been replaced (which was nice that it was so fast) BUT Les Schwab had SOLD my husbands old wheels and tires to someone WITHOUT his permission the same day we pick up the truck. Two insedents in a row. My husband and I are both very unhappy with the service we received. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Went in on Monday after getting a quote from them last week for a front wheel bearing. Original quote was for $159. While checking in car I happened to notice that they were going to charge me $249, without even telling me they ordered different parts. Said they guy who did the quote did it wrong. Nice $100 dollar surprise. Will take it elsewhere. After posting this review I was contacted by Chris at Les Schwab. We talked about the problem and he took care of the issue. I took the car back and they fixed it at the original agreed price. Will take it back there again.

after 10 years of being a customer here all I can say is Ive never been disappointed. recently Javier has gone above and beyond showing the utmost patience with all my questions and indecisiveness. sure you might have to wait seeing its the only close les schwab but the showroom is always clean and theres always coffee and popcorn. if you think they have a lazy work ethic all you have to do is look into the shop and I guarantee you wont see it. I will continue to be a happy customer and I think any reasonable person will be impressed with them.

Front staff was not professional. They worked on the wrong tire after staff were told over 4 times the specific tire. They over inflated the tire they worked on 47psi , rated for 35. didnt even touch the one with the leak psi 27 when it was looked at down the road. They didnt test the car by getting it to highway speed as indicated before hand and before work to see the 2ND reason it was there. It still knocks violently when breaking. A tire= break shop that doesnt fix either, hmm. I would choose a better tire shop!

THE BIGGEST CHARLATANS AND THE MOST CROOKED FRANCHISE I HAVE SEEN SO FAR. FOR A REAR AXLE BRAKE JOB THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $1277.95, THIS IS NOT A TYPO. I’VE GOT THE SAME JOB WITH NEW SHOES AND CALIPERS PLUS LABER FOR 1/4 THE COST. THEY WANTED TO REPLACE BASICALLY THE WHOLE BRAKE SYSTEM, MASTER CILINDER, CALIPERS, SHOES AND PADS, ALL HOSES, FOR FRONT AND REAR AXLE. FRONT BRAKES WERE DONE JUST 3 MONTS BEFORE, ALL NEW CALIPERS AND PADS. ALL I NEEDED WAS REAR AXLE AT THE RECOMANDATION OF FIRST MECHANIC.

Visited the st Helens one first. Then visited one in my home town and I was told Id pay for a four tire alignment (knowing my cars a two wheel drive only) for at the st helens store but when I asked about the same alignment at longview they told me my car only needs two wheels aligned without doing major work costing me more than quoted. Bad Service . Bought 2 Brand New Tires not even 2 weeks old and I go to make sure my trend is good and boom metal is showing threw the tire Come To Find Out They Wont Even Warrenty Or Fix My Tires? After 2 weeks of Use? The guys kinda just laughed and said no Im not warranting these. Stupid Mutherfuckers Think Im Still Gonna Pay Them For The Tires hahaha

Called ahead to make sure they had my size tires in stock. When I showed up the lady at the counter was very rude when I asked to have a tire inspection, then I was told the tires they had for me would rub my fenders!!! What kind of tire shop has someone drive a hour and a half to get tires that rub? This one does!!! Waste of my time, thanks for nothing!

Wanted $214 PER tire + $20 PER tire to mount and balance. No free flat repair either. Went to Scappoose tire and got tires at $189 for TWO + free mount/balance/free flat repair! Horrible service and didnt seem to care that they lost mine and my husbands business. Dont know how they stay in business with that attitude. Freaking corporations.

I had a last minute blowout on a tractor and the local tractor shop didnt have a tire in stock but this Les Schwab had me fixed and back running same day. Easy fix, good price and great last minute service. Great job.

Les Schwab quoted me $600 for a single axle brake job. I checked around and found the same exact job for $225. Shop around dude!

They look at your shoes when they decide what to charge you. Wear your grubby clothes if you hope to get a flat fixed for free.

Super lazy and slow. All the bays are filled up to look busy. But the work ethic is super lazy
