I only use Jiffy Lube for oil changes. They once offered to fix a crack in my windshield which I agreed to however they ended up making it much worse. To their credit, Jiffy Lube eventually replaced the windshield at their expense but it was not an easy process. I still use this location but would not recommend them for any service other than an oil change.
