Too bad zero stars is not pospossible. WHY is this shop still running ? These people are very rude, unprofessional and have NO integrity. I went in because my valve stem broke in one of my tires, this was about 45minutes before closing. The person at the front desk asked me to come back the next day. I asked him if I could leave it overnight to pick up in the morning and he refused to do that and asked me to come back the next day. Then, I asked for a quote on my four tires to be changed , and all of SUDDEN they had time and were HAPPY to stay overtime. I had my four tires changed and then told I needed a new tire sensor at $150, $75 for the sensor and $75 for a reprogramming fee. I though that a bit steep and told him I would proceed with only the four tires, and I signed a document to authorize the change in the work order back to the four tires only. Today I called back because I figured my car would probably cycle out the light on my dash and was told that it would only be $80 for the sensor and $20 for the reprogramming fee plus $16 for a tire balancing. I asked Mr. Lee Douglas who I spoke to on the phone if I could have the $16 fee waived due to the misinformation the first time. Lee Douglas told me that there was no record of that quote and that he did not believe me, basically calling me a liar and told me I wouldnt have had to pay that fee if I would have done it at the time, which was $30 more. Now there is no record of that order ??? And Im a liar. He told me he was the manager and that hes the one I needed to speak to, only to find out HE is the one LYING after calling corporate. He kept directing back to the "deal " I was given when I was trying to address the issue and misinformation. I dont know what kind of scam tactics they are trying to run but please dont go to these people unless you want to be scammed, lied to and treated like dirt after pocketing over $400. Complete and utter B.S. This store is disgrace on firestone and customer service. Dont trust them! I have never been so insulted

I took my 87 Chevy P/U there for a alignment and a front end inspection because I had a wander to the right. They called me and said that all was good but I had a split sway bar bushing. I told them to fix it and in no time it was ready for pickup. Payed them $280 and drove away. At the first stop I hit the brakes and the truck made a right turn. I took it back and 2 advisors ganged up on me telling me it was my brakes. I told them it was in the front end not the brakes. They looked at it again and said I had a sized RF caliper and quoted me $850 to fix. I took it home and yes the caliper was malfunctioning and I comletely rebuilt the brakes. took it for a drive and still pulls hard to the right. HMMM. As a technician with 20 year of experiance and a degree from Genral Motors ( I now build airplanes ) I spent my whole career trying to dispell the myth that all techs are crooks and then I get ripped off. I checked the front end myself on jack stands (very scary with out a lift) and the front end has worn out lower control arm bushings. DO NOT take a problem to these guys im sure they do tires fine but stop there. After complaining to Firestone they did refund my money

This place is the worst. I usually get my tires at Discount. I went with Firestone for the rebate and percent off if I financed. I had no alignment issues before they put on my new tires. After they "aligned " and put on the new tires slowly I noticed my car was jerking when I would brake. Then within 4 months my front tires were unevenly worn, and ruined. So I had to pay for the percentage worn plus labor plus a new alignment. A year later I had to replace another tire and pay $25. Now I have had a slow leak and all of a sudden a really bad leak in 2 of my tires. One I had to fill twice a day to prevent it from going flat. I could even at one point hear the air leaking. I took it in, waited an hour and fourty five minutes only to be told there was nothing wrong. They treated me like I was a moron because I am a female. My husband noticed this too when he was in there another time. So, I will take it to discount not if, but when it leaks again tomorrow and have them fix it and never deal with Firestone again, regardless if I still have a warranty or not. Worst place EVER!!!!!

They have a lack of consistency of there service. I had been in earlier in the morning, and told it would be 2.5 hours for an oil change, but that I scheduled it for 1:00pm that afternoon, it would be 1.5 hours max. So I took the 1:00 appointment. After an hour and 45 minutes they they start to try upselling me on other things, but politely shut that avenue down on them. I was then told "the guy" just needed to button it up, and they would get me out of here. I assumed that meant I was done, and proceeded to wait at the counter to pay out. The guy then went out to the service bay. And came back in with one of those folders. I assumed he had grabbed my paperwork. But he looked at me confused and said they werent done and still had to put oil in my car. And they would "pull it around when they were done" It ended up taking 2 hours, and after seeing the guy get out of my car, I realized that the person "doing my oil change" spent most of that 2 hours sitting on a stool behind counter playing with keys.

After a second visit to Firestone, Im increasing my initial 3 star review to 5 stars. On the first visit, Firestone was unable to fix my air conditioning system and recommended I take it to a dealer. I was a little put off by that and gave them a three star rating. Today, I had a flat tire on a utility trailer I was towing. I was literally driving on the rim for a couple hundred yards before I could pull over and take the tire and rim off. I called everywhere trying to get someone to fix it, but nobody would touch it late Sunday night just before the Holiday. Finally, I called Firestone, and they said "bring it on in!" From the time I walked in the door to the time I left was about 5 minutes. In that time, they replaced the valve stem, re-seated the tire to the rim, and filled it with air. And they didnt even charge me. Talk about getting the royal treatment. Its really difficult to find this kind of quality customer service this day and age. Thank you Firestone!
