Customer service is atrocious! The only reason this place is even getting two stars, is due to location and climate control. The facilities themselves are pretty dirty, only one elevator for all floors, and limited hours to access your property. As for the service I spoke of, you call to no response, and when you do get a call back, its from either under-informed employees, or employees who want to leach even more money out of you. I was informed of the best route to make my payment without accruing any additional fees (being I was away on a work trip). I proceeded to follow the employees instructions, only to be informed that I was expected to pay an additional $55 in fees. So needless to say, Im frustrated and looking to change my storage locations. Avoid this dingy place run by greedy and impolite people.

Wendy and Ellen made my experience at Portland Storage Company incredible. I talked to so many companies and was impressed with them. Super friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate me. But it went past them getting the first check. They just are that way. Fair pricing, great intro rate, clean facility, no smell, nice docks and ramp, ample carts, 24 hour call center, and a massive elevator for moving. There is no way to beat this place. And to the owners........you have gems in Wendy and Ellen. And no, I am not their friend or relative. Just a super satisfied customer! I rarely take the time to write these but they deserve it. If you need a storage facility be sure to put this one on your short list and go check it out.

They have roaches running around in their lobby leading up to the steps to where the storage units are. The facility is very DIRTY and unkempt. It smells like urine and a mixture of something else. The staff member with the the scary tattoos and dermal piercings portruding out of his head with various other piercings on his face was very intimidating, rude, unprofessional and ensured I would never do business with them. He was incredibly venomous and went out his way to be mean. Roaches, digusting facility, staff who are unprofessional in appearnce and behavior. If you care about quality dont waste your money here.

Great place to store things. Loading dock for easy access. Giant freight elevator makes moving stuff very easy. Most units are very dark inside. Relatively clean for a storage facility. Wendy is awesome

Friendly helpful staff. Free carts to help you move your stuff. They have a cool industrial elevator, just like you see in New York movies.

The women in the office are very nice. Theres a parking lot with dock, large elevator and carts. It made moving easy :)
