Decent location. Clean facilities. Need better access hours. The w.o.r.s.t customer service. I picked this facility since they had an open unit the day our movers delivered ours items and realized some of our items wouldnt fit in these small Portland houses. It has been nothing but horrible customer service since then. They put zero effort into anything they do. I could list so many things but its not worth the time. Avoid this place if you ever plan to interact with the people. If you dont care about it then you can at least count on clean facilities.
