I called in about an hour or so before closing on a Saturday to see if they could patch a tire. He responded with we close at 5 (again I called at like 350-4) and nothing else. I then said I dont know what that meant as far as my tire being fixed or not he just scoffed and said get here quick like I know their scheduling procedures. Then once there the mechanic that fixed my tire filled it with almost 70 psi (suggested fill is 32 max listed on tire is 44) so I am thankful I checked the pressure just a moment ago and let out the air to the suggested level as one of the many lovely Pittsburg pot holes may have done some real harm if that tire exploded from having almost DOUBLE the max psi limit pumped into it. It sucks however because they have really great prices and quick service but the lack of customer service and attention to detail that put me and others in danger sort of trumps all the other good about them.

Recently I took my vehicle to J & T Tire with a vibration and noise in the rear end of the vehicle. They accepted the vehicle at 9:30 a.m.. . at 2:00 p.m. I called to find out the details of the problem and they told me they were working on an estimate. At 5:45 I called again and they said that they were still working on the estimate. I walked to J @ T Tire, asked for my key and took the vehicle. For sure I will not be back as a customer. It ended up being a simple repair of a rear wheel bearing. Rule of Thumb: Dont take in work, make promises of a phone call if you dont have enough time in the day or you dont have the necessary personnel to perform the repair in a timely manner. Nuf Said

I recently bought a new set of Firestones that are defective. I took them to three different garages to get rebalanced and all three garages said the same thing, the tires are no good. I took them back to JT Tire only to get a bull story.. They told me they couldnt check the tires and that I needed to mount them back on the car. They have a Road Force balancer! That is a state of the art balance machine. It detects the smallest imperfection.. No sense going any further with these people. They win, Im screwed..

My family and my fiancees family have used J&T for inspections, tires and repairs and have been very happy. My complaint is they are short on bedside manner. Dont expect a great attitude when you call J&T. Youll probably get a grumpy mechanic who feels he has better things to do then to talk to you.

Prices for basic services and state inspections are ultra low and reasonable, the guys working there are polite and honest, and they even have a very nice waiting area with an easy to access restroom while you wait for your car.

I am from out of town I simply needed a flat fixed and I was told that my tires were a non standard size and that he couldnt replace my valve stem Im in a 2015 Dodge theres nothing non-standard about it

Have used them twice for oil change and once for wheel alignment. Service was completed faster than anticipated both times. Great guys, very honest, nice waiting area, clean bathroom. Will be back
