My 2004 BMW 325I was having so many maintenance problems. I was so incredibly lucky to find Euromotive Performance. The first thing they did was a complete diagnostic review of the entire vehicle and it turns out I had serious leaks, radiator and temperature failures, and other serious mechanic problems. They spent time caring for my vehicle and explained everything clearly and honestly. Honesty in this type of business is so hard to find, but at Euromotive Performance it is part of their mission statement. My car is working perfectly. MY AC has not worked in 1 year and now I have a car that blows so cold that I need to wear a jacket in the car. I no longer have to stare at the temperature gauge praying that the car does not overheat. The car is working so perfectly, I know that I will have a reliable vehicle for at least a few more years. I will never service my car with any other car specialists. When they told me not to worry that they would take care of my car, I was skeptical and assumed they would fix whatever issue that was visible, and I was so wrong. They sent me pictures of all the leaks and faulty parts with explanations of what those failures were doing to destroy my vehicle. I truly believe that this company is like no other and if anyone is reading this review, dont think twice and take your car to the best. The pricing was so competitive and I know they spent many many hours working on my car. I used to dread driving my car and now I cannot wait to take it for a trip. Thanks to Duwayne who is the owner, I now have an asset in my automobile instead of a liability. Thanks so much for everything you did for me and my car. I could not afford a new vehicle but that is not an issue any longer because I have a BMW that performs and should last me a long time. Great work guys, I owe you a lot.

No very satisfied...took my car in for ABS and brake light on, was told my steering angle sensor needs programming and my computers need updating. I was quoted$450.00 to fix the car, gave them the go ahead, one hour later I receive a call saying my car is fixed and ready to be picked up. Picked my car up and as soon as I left the shop the lights came right back on. Too it back and I was told I needed a$700.00 module. I ask Dwayne to try re program the module but he said he will have to charge me again to do it, I refused and picked my car up. I took my car to BMW and $283 later my car is fixed. BMW reprogram the same module and its been working fine since. So I basically payed $450 to Dwayne for nothing since he didnt fix my car and wanted me to spend an additional $700+. Not a very trustworthy way to do business. I will be contacting him to get my money back that he charged me for the programming. I have my receipt form his shop along with the receipt from BMW showing that the same service was performed to my car. I was hoping that this would be my alternative to BMW for my service but after my experience Im doubtful that I will return there.

I had received a postcard in the mail a few months ago and put it away knowing one day I would swear off BMW dealerships for repairs and parts. Well that day came this week and I looked up EuroMotive Performance reviews. It is extremely difficult to have a 5 star rating with many many reviews in South Florida, the decision was easy. My husband brought our X5 in for a cracked coolant container and adjoining parts. Dwyane, the very professional, knowledgable owner was very honest in what needed to be done now and came in several hundred dollars less than the dealership had quoted prior. We left the car in the morning and Dwayne picked me up at my home when the car was ready.That was incredible. The shop is ultra clean, modern and organized. He showed me the parts that were replaced so I can see the actual crack and damaged pieces. His crew are all professional guys that he himself worked with at a major dealership prior to opening his own shop a few years ago. I will need brakes this year as he noticed upon inspection. I feel extremely comfortable taking my BMW to his shop , integrity is invaluable. Thanks Dwayne!!

Water pump on my 08 335 gave up the ghost recently as apparently they all do on that particular model. Called around to get an idea what I was looking at. A lot of places were giving me the run around on the estimate. Called Duwayne at Euromotive and he was immediately super upfront regarding what I was looking at. Car was towed to his shop and he got back to me far quicker than I thought wouldve been possible. As I held my breath regarding the diagnosis, Duwayne came back with the exact number we had discussed originally. No nickel and diming a lot of shops are notorious for. I had my car back the next day. It always sucks when your car breaks down and it always seems to happen at the worst possible time but Duwayne was awesome and made it as painless as it possibly could be. P.S., I left a message with BMW service same day I spoke with Duwayne for the first time. They finally got back to me the day after I got my car back from Euromotive. Their estimate was almost twice the price I paid.....Thanks again D.

This is True 5 Star perfect service at its best! My BMW 5 series broke down,didnt want to start, and through the Facebook page of Euromotive Performance, I contacted the owner, Duwayne, on a Sunday night and he willingly offered to open up the shop that very night so that I could leave my car there and wouldnt miss work during the week. On top of that, he also handled the tow truck I needed, as I didnt know where to call. The next day, he called first thing in the morning, something that has never been done before at an auto shop, and informed me he would begin working on the car. A few hours later, he sent me a few screenshots of the diagnostics of my car, using original BMW equipment and software. He maintained contact throughout the entire process, sent me pictures of the progress, gave advice on maintenance, and the place is very clean, organized, and he is very professional. This is absolutely a true definition of Perfect service, which is extremely rare these days.

I am one very satisfied customer.I found Duwayne owner of Euromotive Performance on line.Since I live very far away in San Diego California I needed someone to trust since I was buying very expensive vehicle without seen it except on pictures 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago.Duwayne went above and beyond since dealer I was buying it from didnt want to deliver vehicle to his shop.He went out of his way to get the car inspected at their facility and provided me with witness expert detailed report with excessive amounts of pictures.I never seen someone so knowledgeable caring and passionate to help a guy that trying to make decision so far away.After going over the vehicle condition I immediately purchased my dream car and at the same time made a great friend.God bless your business and your family for being such a great person. For anyone considering Euromotive Performance dont even think twice they are the best.
