The sales and finance employees I met at this dealer are crooked beyond belief. Sales Associate (wont use names out of common courtesy) tells me a 2014 Chevy Cruze costs $14,350. I also had a trade-in so we negotiate, arrive at a price - $12,000 out the door and I turn over the title to my car at no cost (car was 2004 explorer 116,000 miles worth easily $2,000 even with the tailpipe and rear right quarter-panel needing replaced). Technician drives my trade-in car around the lot once and Salesman comes back and ups the price to $13,000. I asked him the reason why - he says because of the mileage, repair needed to tailpipe and rust hole on rear quarter-panel - all things which he already knew about when he initially quoted me the trade-in value. Okay fine. I walk out, call them an hour later, compromise and agree to $12,500 out the door. Drive back to the dealer, they make me wait close to an hour before sitting down with the finance manager. While waiting they keep pressuring me to move my stuff from my old car into the new car which was strange considering I hadnt signed the agreement yet. Finance Manager draws up the paperwork and the price all of the sudden changes to $13,900. I tell him Sales Associate just told me $12,500 on the phone and on the sales floor only an hour earlier. Finance Manager says, "thats something between Sales Associate and another employee" and apologizes. Huh??? Finance Manager tries to tell me hes losing money on the car already at $13,900. Check the math - Your starting price when I first stepped foot on the lot was: $14,350 $15,100 with tax, title, fees (approximately) $13,900 after $1,200 trade-in value Your starting price works out to the same price as your final offer! How could you be losing money on your starting price? Like I said - crooked. At that point I wasnt going to give my money to this place no matter what. tldr; Dealer reneged on our verbal agreement twice just before closing the deal then lied to me about them losing money on the car. Dont ever buy a car here.

I am extremely pleased and overwhelmed with satisfaction on my recent purchase with Joe Ball GMC! They have gone above and beyond any dealership Ive ever dealt with in 32 years and I have already highly recommended family and friends to drive that 90 miles south of my hometown just to experience the courtesy and professionalism. Theyve exceeded my expectations by far and I couldnt be happier with my 2016 GMC Sierra!!! The entire staff from the Salesman, John, to the finance representative, Mike, to Todd helping me with the new features and to the mechanic, Tom, for his service (and the detailers)...should all be commended for their attentiveness and kindness for making this a truly exceptional purchase! Kudos to Joe Ball GMC!

First went down told them It sounds like my hub is going bad on the driver said. They gave me new brakes claimed that was the problem. Week later my truck is banging from my driver side hub. Took it back sure enough my hub was bad. They dont go bad in 1 weeks time sorry. Overall experience hurt. 1350 bucks. Thats insane being I knew my brakes couldnt be that bad being almost a year old. Maybe they didnt like my Trump sticker and think Im rich. God bless you all. Dont know how you enoy ripping off loyal customers over there beliefs or greed whatever the case. Oh and also asked to get my truck a lined never happened.

These people are frauds they send out these post cards with scratch off to win. says you win 5k when you call in the numbers on the card all they ask is when are you buying a car and questions about your trade , NOT once does it tell you you’re a winner. It’s just to get you in there data bank so they can drive you nuts with call and more mailers. Some government agency needs to step in and monitor all these contest that no one Ever wins and they should make these company’s publicly prove there are actually winners. I would stay clear of this dealership for these reasons Shame on you Joe Ball GMC

I took me denali there with a transmission issue. It was covered under warranty and asked for them to replace some additional clutch packs while the transmission was apart. They were supposed to call me with a price before engaging in any additional work. They did not give me a price and installed that parts charging me 50% mark up. Do not trust them. Joe ball is the worst of all. He says its about principle and I have to go on what my service manager is telling me. Bottom line stay away. They are deceiving and will be seeing me in court.

Repeated issues with air conditioning needing fixed. Took vehicle to dealership countless times... Each time they say it is fixed and charge a $100 deductable, and issue is not fixed. Last time I had it fixed, it worked for 3 hours... I returned my vehicle to the dealership and they say they now solved the problem and are stating we owe ANOTHER $100 deductable... We repeatedly questioned the additional $100 deductable for the SAME ISSUE, but they boldly persist that we owe the additional $100...

I was very impressed with the salesmans (John Bender) attitude and his willingness to go above & beyond to be sure I had the exact truck with the features that I was seeking. I took care of every step of the process and located a truck at another dealership and expedited to have it back here within 6 days. Very happy and thankful and would highly recommend others to take a moment to fulfill their own dream of purchasing a new vehicle @ Joe Ball GMC Commercial Truck!

Took suv in for service for creaking noise told me nothing was wrong I set trip meter they never even test drove car, took back in month later for factory recall they said they fixed that issue but it is still leaking oil and they tried to get me to fix sway bar link and control arm bushing bracket and charge me 600. I took that to another mechanic and he said they were not even broke just normal wear and tear that a dry ball joint is what was causing noise.

My car has been in the shop for a total of two years for the same issue- still not resolved!!! Several of thousands of warranty dollars, out of pocket deductibles and personal payments and the problem is still not resolved. Car has been in the shop for the same issue for several weeks and less than 24 hrs. same issues arise. Check engine light/service stable track and traction control.

JOE ball needs some customer service lessons. I took my car there for a rust issue well within the GM warranty and Joe Ball has been nothing but rude. They are blaming it on a wreck that didnt even affect the area, I have proof. There service advisor told me that GM is done "kissing customers @$$, now they tell it how it is". Unprofessional, rude and NOT recommended.

Friendly associates and fast reliable service! I brought my car in to have it looked at because the engine light would not go out for inspection. They put it on a computer and determined it was a simple fuse which they changed and they fit in to do the inspection as well. Same day service!
